My company enrolled in a 401k through this company. Specifically Peter Gottstein ignored office admin's email trying to resolve issues. Then when I left the company and he was still listed as financial adviser on my 401k I contacted him to find out what my options were with my 401k. It took 3 emails to finally get a response. He briefly listed off my options- one of which was to withdraw the money and pay tax and a 10% penalty on it. SO I did that because I didn't have another 401k to roll it over into and didn't care to open one. He immediately pawned my requests off to his assistant who knew nothing about our 401k plan, nor had access to it. Turned out I took a 75% penalty plus taxes! He didn't mention the vested interest hitch I would incur if I withdrew the funds. That would have been nice to know! He's a prick. THis company is BS. DOn't bother if you care about your money.
