Worst company ever!! They don't pickup in Windber--that's just stupid. Takes forever to get a cab in Johnstown as well. Very unprofessional!

On 7/7 I tried getting a cab from Sidman Frank's town road into johnstown or possibly back to somerset after being stranded with no vehicle far from town and the dispatcher was clearly on drugs. Kept talking about pissing on a soda can and hanging up on me both times I tried calling. Would rate -5 if at all possible. my brother and I took a day to go to the movies for the first time since before covid. They were supposed to pick us up "within 20 minutes" that was at 3:20 pm and we had to have the nice men in blue save our by then frozen butts from the benches in the teen weather after sitting there for 4 HOURS while they ghosted us and ignored our calls. DO NOT SEND YOUR WORST ENEMIES TO THESE PEOPLE!!! I would sooner walk home (on the opposite side of town) than trust these people with my time again. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would! I called for a cab to pick me up at the Galleria mall 1st floor opposite end of mall from Boscovs the man who answered was so rude and yelled at me and told me to go to the food court! I held my tongue and went to the food court and waited approximately 3 mins and a city bus pulled up so I got on the bus and called to cancel the cab and the rude dude immediately hung up on me! The biggest problem I have with this whole experience is I suffer with neuropathy in my feet and I was told to walk upstairs to the food court and wait because there was 1 ahead of me! They took over 30 mins to pick me up, when they did they were short with me when I asked any question, the backseat was dirty & it smelled. Not to mention the driver kept looking back at me & staring at my chest. I would said that was the rudest most uncomfortable cab ride I've ever had! read more

The caller never had informed me that the taxi had multiple rides before me he told me they're on their way so I waited and waited and it's been a whole hour waiting!! I call back and the caller tells me the driver was picking other people up andim the next stop. I would have appreciated it if the caller informed me that the driver is already doing several stops so I wouldn't have to wait my time waiting for this taxi! Im still waiting as I'm typing this! They need more cars out on the road. Yesterday I wait close to 3 hours for a cab. And the cab drivers are not following COVID guidelines by not wearing a mask & the car's smell like it hasn't been disinfectant in weeks. After 30 minutes I called dispatch back and the woman says "Oh, I was waiting for you to call back. What's your address again?" WTF???? TRUE RATING: -10!! MY ADVICE, TAKE AN UBER!!! From the first time I had to call these people about 10 yrs. ago, they have been seriously THE WORST cab company I have EVER used, and I have traveled internationally. And the quality has only gone downhill since. Thank God Uber is finally out here now. After I lodge complaints with the BBB and the local Taxi Licensing Commission, I will never have to think about them again. Any bad review you see about these guys, believe it. Then multiply it by 10. That's about what you can expect as far as promptness, courtesy, and general competency. And the review before me-yeah, I've had them hang up on me without getting my address straight before, too. And waited up to 3 hrs. for a cab at a time, having to call multiple times, getting the same BS "They're on their way" every time, too. And the owner is obnoxious, and makes no effort to try to smooth customer relations like any reasonable business person would when you bring them a complaint. I suppose she's smug because they have a monopoly here. Yeah, well, she PO'ed the wrong customer this time-over a $10. ride, by the way, which she "could not" comp. Guess what? Uber's here, AND you made the wrong enemy, Sweetie, of someone who could have been easily maintained as a customer with a little common courtesy, and the comparatively most minor of concessions. read more
