I scheduled the taxi pick up over the phone as I live out of state. Omar quoted me a fair rate in advance. He arrived on time to pick up my mom and got her to the heart hospital right on schedule. Then he promptly called me to report that he had just dropped off my mom and watched her walk into the heart hospital through the main entrance doors. After the procedure, Omar picked up my mom from the hospital and got her safely back home. And sure enough, Omar called me with the update that he had just dropped my mom off and made sure she was safely inside her home before pulling away. I was truly touched by Omar taking the time to call me with the thoughtful updates. As the passenger, my mom said she really appreciated Omar's attentiveness and friendly calm nature as it set her mind at ease during the 45 minute drive to the heart hospital for a procedure she was extremely anxious about.
