The coffee was good. The address for this business is not the one on Yelp as of June 20th. They appear to have moved a few blocks away to a drive through location or the address on Yelp was just incorrect. Based upon past pictures we were looking forward to the seating, but it was okay. Fortunately, we past the location on the way to the posted address so we turned around and found it. We were still able to get coffee and there is a beautiful mural of Amarillo right next to it. read more

We stopped here this afternoon for a caffeine pick-me-up. This location is strictly drive thru/walk up only. This was entirely convenient for us and an easy spot for us to pull up and order. The menu is priced out including tax -- which is awesome. Prices were comparable with other local spots and similar to Starbucks. Flavoring is more creative than your average local spot. And baristas are super friendly and accommodating. We ordered three white mocha lattes, hot, and one blended PB&C (Peanut butter and chocolate) with almond milk. The almond milk is a 50 cent up-charge, but completely worth it. I really loved the barista that took our order. She was beyond friendly and made sure our first experience was amazing. We got to talking and we shared that we were here for the weekend. She gave us a punch card for our purchases and even added a few so that we could cash in on a buy one, get one on our way out of town! This was such a great gesture that made me want to come back. Excellent source of coffee! && at 6 in the morning they were so sweet, attentive and the coffee on point! I didn't want a commercialized Sbux coffee--I wanted the homegrown taste and this is what I got from Cliffside. I got a large avalanche Hot and it was superb. Not scorching hot thank Gawd! Word-of-mouth peaked my curiosity, so I decided that next time I'm in that area of town, I would taste test the flavor-infused Red Bull drink. Cliffside is in the building that once was a Catfish Shake before they moved into their building about a block away. The service? Simply, outstanding!! This is what brings me back every time. The staff talk to the people that drive up to the order/payment window. in a manner that is becoming an exception... like they are genuinely asking questions to get to know their customers better, instead of being like other take-away windows, "Order... Your total is $... drive up to the next window... here's what you ordered... window closed before you can say thank you". The drink? I requested to have an infused Red Bull, with orange flavor. The staff asked if I had "ever had an orange creamsickle, would [I] like to try one?" Sounded interesting so I said, "sure! Why not?" It was really quite good. Very friendly staff and excellent coffee. The mocha frappe is a bit too sweet for my taste but still fairly good. The prices are quite reasonable as well. Can't go wrong if you stop here. I have to admit though that Cliffside is third on my list of the top coffee spots in Amarillo. First goes to Roasters, second to Palace Coffee and then Cliffside. One of the best coffee places I've tried and it's on my way to work! I've only had the vanilla latte, but I love it! Line is crazy long on Fridays so get there early. I was late to work! I love this little coffee shop. While it is a bit weird to pull on the parking lot, the coffee is always promptly made and never fails to impress.
