Yellow Moon is an adorable antique mall in a historic building in downtown Mooresville. We were greeted when we entered. The clerk was friendly, answered questions and laughed with customers. There's a wonderful small town vibe here. It was nice to see a lot of actual antiques. Many areas are arranged by color, making dramatic (instagram worthy) displays. They have a lot of glassware and ceramics, some primitive, jewelry, but not much furniture. I like to look around and reminisce about things my grandmother may have used. I thought most of the prices were reasonable. Since the building is old, there are a several uneven walkways that are marked. We had trouble finding parking, as all the street spaces were full. Yellow Moon Antique Mall is my **absolute** favorite antique mall! I have traveled to many antique malls around the United States, and nothing compares to Yellow Moon. The prices are always fair, they always have AMAZING antique and vintage items. Each vendor always has great looking vignettes as well. The staff and service is always the best. read more

Don't be fooled by the small storefront. The mall not only has that space, but the building to the east which also has a basement to browse through. There a many booths (though some are not clearly defined spaces) of items with a wide variety of items. I saw a lot of dishes and because it is December, lots of holiday items for sale. I wouldn't say that it was an antique mall so much as a mix of antiques and lots of collectible items that may have some age, but not the value that bargain hunters may be looking for. One of my favorite out of town antique stops. It's not too big, but also not tiny. There are quite a few textile, quilt type things, glass items, vases, post cards, other paper ephemera, some vintage clothing and accessories. Very little if any furniture, but lots of fun bits and pieces. read more

This is an awesome store with multiple antique dealers inside. When you go to Gray brothers cafeteria stop by old downtown and pick up a piece of history! Well worth the stop and it's good to see all the commerce back downtown read more

The Yellow Moon Antique Mall is incredible! There are a TON of amazing antique items in the mall, and there are NO flea market items at all! Everything is so wonderfully displayed, and the prices are reasonable. They are constantly getting new inventory and moving things around so it is never stagnant. We LOVE this place!! read more

Stumbled upon this gem in Mooresville after moving to the area. Great selection of kitchen items which I particularly love. Only downside is they don't have much room for furniture but the selection of smaller items makes it a must visit. read more

My small business Saturday shopping trip. Nice little antique shop in the old downtown. Has up and downstairs. Great items to browse. Very friendly staff. Holiday time so all of the cool retro Christmas items were out. Another cool tidbit is that this store aligns with the other two antique who's around the block so you can walk through all three in a few hours, which is a plus for the flea market/antique shopper that I am. We stopped by this antique shop on a whim, surprised but grateful that it was open on a Sunday afternoon. Though the place is small, it's well organized and full of amazing little treasures. We were particularly enthralled by the antique magazines they had and ended up buying several from 1933-1945 to read through later. I absolutely love antiquing and will definitely be coming back to this place again. read more
