I mailed a copy of the bill to Santiago and still nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is seeking stone fabrication and installation.

We had three other quotes and didn't live the product that was provided by the other companies. Santiago uses Galaxy Stone off North 45 and they had many countertops to choose from and very reasonably priced. We chose a beautiful quartzite and Santiago did a great job with the fabrication of it and the edging was perfect. Just note for the kitchen he only does the removal and installation the countertops, backsplash, and kitchen sink. You'll need to buy the backsplash, grout, new sink (if applicable) and try to schedule the plumber on the same day or very close to so you're not left with no running water in the kitchen. They have remnants from all different vendors , so, if you just need a small amount, they probably have something you didn't even know you wanted, until you see it.

I was told the order would be delivered in about a week, and it was. There was some minor damage caused to my garage floor by the delivery company, and I texted Titus immediately to inform him. He told me he would take care of it, and I'm actually typing this out as the work is being finished, only a couple of days later. He's a consumate professional whom I'd recommend without hesitation.
