We recently sent a client that we met with for several hours to select the clients perfect countertops selection only to be told they will no longer sell to builders. They gave us a quote at the time of the slab selection and when the fabricator called the have the slabs delivered they increased the price by $1200.00. We spoke to them and showed them the quote they issued and they refused to honor the quote. Stating they no longer will sell to builders or remodelers only to fabricators. As a member of the custom builders council in Houston. I will make sure that all custom builders in houston and designers know they can no longer do business with Arizona granite and Tile. They have cost our business and our client $, time and forced to go elsewhere to select materials. Save yourself time and and money. Go somewhere else to pick your materials.

Her design skills are spot on. You know when you go some where and you have this idea in your head of what you want...some how Chrystal reads your mind and does EXACTLY what you were envisioning. She is truly amazing. She has patience of a saint!!! I just love her honesty. Benny (cabinet installer) came out to measure my kitchen & bathrooms and he is the nicest man!! He also knows his job very well. And he showed up on time. That is not something you can say for most contractors. Ida also works at CTG and she is so sweet. I have talked to her as well and she's full of knowledge too! Like I said this is a MUST go to - they sell other stuff that just cabinets. WARNING My countertop purchase was horrible....I checked…read morethe box to view slab before fabrication and they failed to call me. They cut it then called me and told me it was ready. When I told them I had checked the box to see the slab first and even had the sales person make a notation in the computer, they more or less said too bad. I then asked them to send pictures of the cut slab. When they did, It had a large gray vain running through it and it looked nothing like the picture of the slab that I ordered from. The picture I ordered from was cream colored with light soft gold veining. I had multiple conversations with Sherry Pennier and she was not the nicest person to deal with. She told me that I would have to buy another slab and have it redone. When I asked her for the number of her supervisor she refused to give it to me. After arguing she finally said she would have the next person up give me a call. Sean Demory was no better. When I asked him for the next person up he said he was it. He refused to give me an email or number of anyone else I could talk to. When I asked him what happened to customers were always right he said no they were not. Colours by Earth Stone is a Houston based company with locations all around the country. There is a showroom and a warehouse here, where it seems a lot of material loading is done locally. I've been here a handful of times and have come out of it inspired and refreshed each time. The employees are fairly good about answering questions and I never felt pressured to purchase anything while perusing their endless selection of tiles. The latter might have newcomers feeling a little overwhelmed with the process, but I appreciate the variety in colors and patterns. I also really love the real world setups for the bathroom and kitchen. Estimates will vary, but do a little comparison shopping to ensure the best price. I feel the prices are competitive but might be a little more than some other places. At the end of the day, quality matters a lot, and they certainly have no shortage of that. Be sure to take home sample tiles for comparison and have a list of questions ready for the staff.

We recently bought door knobs from Home Depot and saw the same brand here for half the price that we paid. The flooring section wasn't as extensive as we envisioned however, the prices were reasonable. We will definitely keep this business on the top of our list when we are considering home renovation options in the future.

I wanted a floating marble shelf and they said they know how to make it, so I purchased all my marble slabs there. They also did the waterfall island, added more cabinets and repainted the old cabinets. Joanna was so helpful, and she knew exactly what I wanted, like she could picture it in her head when I described my dream kitchen. She also knew which kind of marble I was looking for and helped me find the perfect one for my backsplash. Just look at the outcome! I couldn't be happier with my new stylish kitchen! They offered a 25-year warranty seal on the marble. I hope it will last, but of course I will be careful since natural marble are delicate. One thing is that you might need to prepare to wait a long time. It was a 2 week project that turned out to be 2 months, but it was worth the wait.
