He told me it would last 2 to 3 years; it lasted three weeks! I was appalled; I felt so violated! When I saw him and asked for my medical and billing records, I was told, "We do not keep them. We delete everything." I have been to the doctor and seen two new dentists for a root canal and a crown for $3,500. And missed work!
