This location is quite busy being inside Chapters, but I got my drink and food order in good time, even though it's been super busy this holiday season, so I can get back to work on time. I order the same thing, always, a Grande Blonde Cafe Misto with nonfat milk and one pump of cinnamon dolce (or pumpkin spice if in season). It sounds complicated, but it's really not. When I walk up and they take my order, they're super friendly and always make sure they ask me my name, which I know they have to do, but it still adds a personal touch to the experience. This Starbucks is my top choice to come and get a mid morning coffee, the service is personable and my drink tastes great! The partners here are friendly and I love coming here to get my preferred beverage.

The next thing I tried was the baklava, and to no surprise, also tasted like it was stale. The baklava had a somewhat sweet taste to it, but it was more on the bland and mushy side. Overall, I am very disappointed that this bakery did not have freshly baked products like they advertise. 1/5 would not recommend.
