He specifically chose Pleats because their website says they are open on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm, and he knew he would need to pick up the suit the same day as the wedding (on a Saturday) because we had been out of town. Their website AND Google listing said they were open on Saturdays. Lo and behold, he gets there Saturday morning at 10am sharp, and they are closed. Multiple other people arrived to drop off clothes because they were also under the impression that they were open. My husband ended up having to go to three suit stores to try to find a similar suit (he was a groomsman) and spent $350 on a new suit. The suit did not match perfectly and he looks out of place in the wedding photos. He also missed the groomsmen lunch. It was an extremely stressful morning to say the least. I also looked at the reviews, and the owner was aware that the site is incorrect and didn't bother to change it! It has been a month since this occurred, and the hours are still not updated. We contacted the store, and they said that the hours are correct on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I would say that the majority of people looking into the hours for a store are probably doing so on their phone. We requested a reimbursement for the suit and they declined. Horrible, horrible service, especially considering they knew their hours were misrepresented before this even happened to us and they had an opportunity to correct them. Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

Martin is one of the most uplifting charismatic persons we have met. He offers great service especially to WashU students by coming to pickup/dropoff which is huge for students that may not have cars and are in the business school/business frats.
