Walked in a couple weeks back and spoke with the manager Kevin about having my clubs re-gripped. Kevin was nice and attentive, answered all my questions. Went back in to Golf Yes today with my clubs. Kevin was helping another customer so I looked at the grips while I waited. After a bit I ask another gentleman if he worked there or was a customer. He stated he did work there so I ask about the Golf Pride grips in green. He looked around and started pointing at anything green. He then turned and walked away to continue looking at his phone as he had been doing prior to me asking if he worked there. Apparently whatever was on that phone was far more important than customer service or making a sale. This employee continued to ignore me as I waited for Kevin to be free. Another customer walked in and was immediately greeted in the employee's native language. Stood there for a bit longer then decided Golf Yes did not want my business. 15 clubs @ $12.99 each plus $4 each to re-grip, you do the math. Roger Dunn here I come. read more

I went in not knowing what to expect for a fitting, but it was probably one of the best golfing experiences next to playing 18. You start with warming up with your own club, then go through the process of finding the right shaft that fits your preferred club head. From the beginning to the end, I felt very comfortable and never felt rushed. Their facilities are top notch and they have a huge variety of shafts and club heads you can try. I went with my dad and he was so impressed with my fitting, he made an appointment for the next day. I must say, if you're unsure if you should get one or not, I walked away feeling like I understood so much more about my swing and what fits me the best. Kevin is super knowledgeable and passionate about finding the perfect fit for you. He doesn't try to upsell you on additional clubs or things you don't need, and he explains everything that you want to know. This is definitely an experience that can benefit your game and possibly shave a few strokes! I'll definitely be coming down to do fittings for other clubs in the future. I came in for an iron fitting with Ricky. He was professional, and I had a great experience. Comparing to my fitting experiences at GolfTec and PGA Tour Superstore, fitting at Yes Golf with Ricky was the most pleasant. Ricky had some good data analysis on my ball strike consistency, spin, and ball flight tendencies. For the heads, I got to try what I wanted: Srixon ZX7, PXG P, PXG T, and was fitted to PXG P. For the shafts, I got to go through 130g, 120g, 110g, 105g, and was fitted to 110g Stiff. I left satisfied with data-backed knowledge with Ricky's expertise. read more

I kept wondering why I kept pulling the ball and I had a thought my lie angle was off. I went to Yes Golf and Joshua was so helpful! He not only agreed but he actually had me test it out before I committed to change my lie angles. He analyzed my swing and decided to do a 1 degree flat. Not many places do that. Poor service. This happened a week ago & it has stayed with me, bothering me & I had to post this review. I took my 2 new Toulon Design putters in for new grips & my Epic SZ driver to be shortened, get a new grip & see if the club fitter Kevin did hot melt. The older gent spent more time trying to remove the grips on my putters without damaging them (they were also new). While doing so, he sprayed liquid all over my putter head covers, ruining one (noticed later) & on my sneakers. Once done, the grips were not level or aligned. Luckily I was able to do it myself since it takes time to dry. When I saw the young man come out of the club fitting area, I assumed it was Kevin & asked him if he did hot melt, he said no & before I could finish asking about shortening my driver, he walked off while I was in mid sentence, he was anxious to greet people he knew whom he treated with a lot more respect & conversed with them for a while. Once he was done laughing & talking, he headed back towards the club fitting area, I again asked for his help with my driver by telling him that I wanted to check the swing weight before having it shortened. He just said no. I asked him if he meant no I can't check the swing weight & he said no, we don't have one (a swing weight scale?? Really?!!). Again, he offered no customer service advice about my driver, he just left back to the fitting rooms in the back area. So I didn't have anything done to my driver. I observed earlier that the workshop was filled with club making equipment. How can you fit a driver without a weight scale? I didn't feel welcomed but they had no problem taking my money, to sell me 2 putter grips. $72. There was more that went on but too petty to mention. Sad. I felt like I was not their type of customer which is a shame because I was in the market for a new set of irons & seeing that they advertised club fitting & that they're less than 3 miles from my house, I wanted to support local businesses. I'll stick with my 30min drives to Roger Dunn from now on. At least they respect everyone who enters their store & answer questions properly when asked. Very disappointing experience since they were highly recommended by my golfing friends at Friendly Hills CC. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Visited Yes golf to buy a NEW driver. Younger manager, Kevin, initially helped me with the purchase decision and gave me a demo club to try hitting before the purchase. He had to step into a meeting so an older man, who i suspect is the store owner, came over to help me. Kevin recommended me a x-stiff shaft for my NEW club purchase, but they didn't have any x-stiff shaft in stock for the driver that I wanted, so they offered to sell me the demo shaft with a little bit of discount from the retail price. However, when I was about to make the purchase, the store owner brought over the demo shaft as well as the demo head, which was significantly scratched up due to being hit many times. I told the owner, I came to buy a NEW club and I was willing to accept the demo shaft with some discount, but demanded a new head, since i was not looking to buy a used club at little bit of discount from the retail price. He was speaking very vaguely and made me feel like I was getting scammed into buying a demo club, when I only accepted the used demo shaft. Also, what really pissed me off is when he tried to put a older version of the driver head cover on it and try to pass it off as a mistake, he brought out a new head cover only when I mentioned that head cover was used and older version of the model. I walked out of the store, disappointed, mad, and almost felt like this owner was trying to sucker me in to getting rid of a demo that needed to be disposed... No offense to Kevin, he seemed like a nice guy to work with, but I lost trust in the store owner. I guess he is doing so well that he doesn't need my business. If you need your clubs repaired this is NOT the place to go too. The father of the store didn't prep my new wedge tips on my shafts. Heads kept flying off. He charged me $120 for repair work and grips. Son Kevin gave me $60 back. They are not listed as open currently with everything going on in the country yet their doors are open and I have purchased stuff from them in February and March. Not even sure if the PXG polo I bought from them is real. I have ordered another polo straight from PXG. Same style number and the logos are on different places. Tried to buy a bag from them today.Father wouldn't let me in the store. Not sure why their doors are unlocked if they aren't open. I won't be back to shop here and you shouldn't take any chances either. read more

Amazing service! I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had while trying out a few putters. Joshua was so helpful over the phone before I even got to the store and continued to impress with his thoughtfulness, engagement, assistance, attentiveness, golf knowledge and care he displayed. Really genuine, easy going and likable employee who is super helpful and kind. Likewise, I had read so many reviews about Kevin and witnessed firsthand the stellar service he provides. He has such a calm and soothing demeanor and shows such a high degree of respect. I was easily able to gain the sense that customers really trust him. There was another young lady who helped me up front who was also a pleasure to interact with and also very helpful assisting me to sort through some head covers for my kiddo. The store takes the COVID situation VERY seriously with hand sanitizer available while requiring masks. Kevin even gently asked a Korean "elder" if he can adjust his mask to properly cover his face, a really big deal given Asian/Korean culture and hierarchy. Highly recommend this store. I am very happy with the fitting I received with Kevin and I would highly recommend. He was very thorough in explaining what metrics we were looking to hit with each new club head and shaft I tried.
