I called to confirm that I can switch out graphite shafts and install grips. They're at westchester golf course Friday and Saturday 10am - 5pm. They do not do house calls. I dropped off my clubs at westchester golf course. I asked to keep the old graphite shafts for alignment sticks and to extend one .5". They did not have graphite extensions. An hour later I went to pick up the clubs. I noticed that they were not installed. The tech said he did not feel comfortable pulling the graphite shaft unless it was steel. He did suggest to go to roger Dunn and they automatically said yes to doing everything except the .5" extension, which was fine. They even helped to ship it back to me when the clubs were done. read more

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Customer service is A+. Jose showed up right on schedule! As he set up his workstation in my courtyard I was able to browse the many different grip types they had available. After I made my selection, Jose began his work on my clubs! Took off the old grips and had me hold the club where it felt comfortable to me. We realized each club was 1.5 inches too long. So Jose cut each club down with a table saw and made each club perfect for my height! Then he expertly installed each grip and made sure they were all perfectly centered with the clubs. After about an hour, I had a full set of custom length/custom grip clubs! I can't wait to get back onto the course and see how properly fitted clubs improve my game!
