I like the fact that you kept the cost minimal, it's like a bucket at the range but with professional grade equipment with immediate feedback on performance. Here I can tell immediately what I did right or wrong by looking at the monitor, at the range I just wonder what happened?. At the end of the round I thanked him for his suggestions and told him he should coach. He explained that he did coach and I started lessons and playing rounds with him very soon thereafter. Kyle is an exceptional coach who has been very patient with me in terms of helping me break bad habits in all aspects of the game. I've been working with him for 3 years now and my game has improved significantly. Kyle's focus on balance and proper hip rotation has greatly improved my swing. I couldn't hit out of the traps or chip worth a crap and I've become decent at both. I'd suggest that you both take lessons and play rounds with him if possible as he provides great practical tips and reads greens better than anyone I've played with. In addition to being a great coach, Kyle is a really good and fun guy. I highly recommend Coach Kyle; particularly if you're a beginner and/or have bad habits like I did.

Very Disappointing Customer Service…read more I booked a 5:20 PM tee time this afternoon as a single. The website clearly allowed bookings for one to four players, and the remaining spots continued to show as available all the way until around 5:18 PM. When I checked in, Dave at the front desk told me I would still be paired with other players. I explained that I had no issue being paired if someone had actually booked the same tee time, but I did not understand why the course would force a pairing when the other spots had remained unbooked. The starter, Rick, was extremely dismissive and rude. His response was essentially that if I wanted the tee time to myself, I should have paid for all four spots. That policy was not clearly stated during the online booking process, and the way he communicated it was unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated impression. I have experienced the same arrogant and unfriendly attitude from other staff members here, including employees at the driving range. I genuinely do not understand where this attitude comes from. It is a shame because Oak Creek is a very nice golf course. The course itself deserves a much better customer experience, but the attitude and professionalism of some of the staff seriously undermine it. I left extremely disappointed and will think twice before returning.

He spent over an hour walking her through different exercises to help diagnose ways to improve. In the end I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing and he is happy to help her improve. You don't find this kind of dedication and customer service anymore. But we spent alittle over $300 there on everything! There is a $35 or $45 entrance fee depending on when you come. It's just to come inside the lagoon. If you want the obstacle course it's an additional $10 per person for 55 mins (super short). If you want to kayak, use the aqua bike or use the paddleboard it's an additional $10 per equipment/item. There is a kiddie area for small and young children. They DO NOT allow outside food or drinks except water! There is a small shop that sells misc. items, snacks & drinks (overpriced). They also had a foodtruck inside that was expensive and the meals didn't come with drinks. They do have plenty of staff and lifeguards there. The entrance fee should of been $15-20. The obstacle course atleast 90-120 mins instead of the 55 mins. Wish the foodtruck came with drinks and was a bigger portion.

I have been coming to the store since it opened and have spent thousands of dollars here over the years and probably go twice a week because I work across the street and it's a nice break to come browse and hit some balls or putts at lunch. I am a even a member at the store where I pay annual fee.. hell, they have even donated to my charity golf tournament that I'm the Chair of. I went today bought balls and visor and did my usual parking on the side of the building and had to park towards the back because of all of the construction in the parking lot... I had my headphones on and finishing up a work call in the SHADE by the back side door.. OUTSIDE and a employee came up to me (interrupting me) then started asking me questions what I was doing and why am I by the back door and asked where I worked and where was my car and was seriously inferring that I was doing something sketchy... Today you lost a loyal customer and won't be ordering shirts or anything for my tournament again from here. It was disrespectful, abrasive and just sad that's how you treat any person, especially someone who knows some employees by name AND who's not even in the actual store! read more

This store is amazing! I called around to check on how much trade I could get for my Ping G25 and PGA Superestore added 50% in trade over other retailers and beat everyone by $40. I got $225 trade versus $140 that other stores offered. The golf shoe selection is the best in Orange county, and they have the best selection of clothing I've ever seen. But the real secret is their club, for $99 a year, the club allows me to hit balls for as long as I like with my own clubs on their monitors, it's really cool, I can even see video of my swing. Once I got used to using the software, it's invaluable...I've been a Roger Dunn guy for years, no longer, between the trade difference, and the players club which gives me the ability to hit balls all year with my own clubs on their launch monitor equipment (which has video, it's different software from other golf retailers). I'm really sold on this place. The owner of this chain is the guy that owns Home Depot, so this store is here to stay. read more

I had an awesome experience with Dan J -- truly the "Shoe Master"! From the moment I walked in, he made the process of finding the right shoe size so easy and stress-free. I've always been in between sizes and wasn't sure what would actually fit me best, but Dan patiently helped me try different options and explained how each one should feel. What really stood out was how friendly and funny he was the entire time -- he turned what could've been a frustrating shoe hunt into a fun experience. I was a Roger Dunn fan for years and then I came here because I thought my club fitting at RD was rushed and just plain wrong. I came in and told the guy I needed clubs and I hit about 4 or 5 clubs with 2 to 3 shafts in each one. Then I told him what I was fitted for and we both laughed. PGA Superstore has great customer service and you are not rushed or pressured to buy their clubs. RD has hundreds of used clubs for sale that are all under 90 days old and most look like they are 5 years old and used to hit rocks. PGA Superstore on the other hand only has a couple dozen used clubs all in very good condition...Why? because they get people to purchase the right clubs the first time. Prices are the same as anywhere else, but shopping at PGA is like shopping at Nordstom compared to Kmart for RD. read more

Been going to this place since it opened and the service is impeccable. Went there this past Sunday to get some clubs regripped and spoke with Frank who was very knowledgeable and accomodating. Took the time to explain to me all the different grips and the pros and cons of each of them. Also discussed loft and lie adjustment in which Frank was able to set me up with someone that could make sure my clubs were properly fitted. He even suggested that I get my putter checked and he cpuld adjust that if needed. I had no idea that could even be done. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and I appreciate not only Frank's help but overall the service I recieved from all the employees is something that you do not find any where else. read more

I used to shop at roger dunn in santa ana but after being treated like crap by the manager sean and chuck at the front counter I needed to look into a new go to shop. FOUND IT! First of all, this place is not the rd zoo with the hitting bays maxed out and lousy uninterested sales people. The pga store repair dept. is very good and hassle free. I bought a new set of irons and a driver and they were able to get me a custom shaft upgrade at no upcharge. They also don't mind doing a few extra things and not charging just for giving you their opinion like the roger dunn repair dept does. Keep up the good work PGA SUPERSTORE, Jerry, Craig and Brent are very helpful as well as courteous. No need to shop anywhere else! read more

What an absolute mess of a company. Their customer service could be the worst out of any company I've ever bought from. I ordered clubs nearly 6 weeks ago and was told them would be shipped to be in 14-21 days. I'm only writing a review because I called last Thursday morning, left a voicemail and they still haven't gotten back to me; they haven't returned any of my calls but can email me back 72 hours after leaving a message. I paid $850+ 6 weeks ago and was promised to have my clubs delivered on a certain date but of course that did not happen. I highly recommend you taking your business somewhere else who is going to have your best interest and actually communicate properly. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!! read more

This is really the place to go for the best prices and quality repair work. I used to go to roger dunn because it was the only real choice at the time. PGA has actual qualified club repair guys without the crappy attitudes. I found a great shaft for my fairway wood that was not easy to nail down. They allowed me to return the old shaft with no questions asked, in fact they were happy with making me happy. I don't believe dunn lets you return a cut shaft and treats you like a criminal for returning anything! I was at the santa ana dunn shop on Sunday and the shaft that I wanted was 30.00 higher than PGA. Great job PGA SUPERSTORE! read more

I like coming here after filling Costco gas. Lots of bays to practice your swing. Haven't figured out the swing analysis yet. I think the employees have to set you up. Semi private compared to roger Dunn. Golf clothes have yet to evolve and also become affordable. $70 for a polyester polo shirt seems steep. Lots of bratty Chinese kids running around the place while parents shop. No parenting going on. Employees seem friendly and helpful. read more

Visited this store on Saturday and its like the Disneyland for golfers. Place is huge with a ton of stuff in it. Kudos to Frank in the Club Repair department. I purchased a set of clubs from Steve and started the process in his simulator…read more After evaluating my swing and stance we proceeded to work through what would make sense for me. After trying a few clubs we determined to purchase a driver and a couple of fairway woods. We started discussing irons and Steve suggested that we wait to order those. He sent me to get a few lessons with a great PGA instructor and to work on my stance and swing. He shared with me to come back after those lessons and then we could figure out the "proper clubs" for me once I was able work on re-learning a proper stance. 6 weeks later I returned to the shop and we determined the correct clubs, shafts and hozzle angle to complete my set. When completed, I not only had a new set up clubs but improved my handicap by 8 strokes. Since that time I have moved out of state however I just ordered two additional clubs that Steve will be ordering and have mailed to me 1,800 miles away from the shop. I've never met a more knowledgeable golf fitter that puts his customer's satisfaction as his first priority. You won't go wrong working with Steve at the Newport Beach Golf Shop, I have sent others there and they had a similar experience.

Located in the middle of a business park is his store and the front of his storefront is full of putter grips and clubs in progress for clients that dropped them off for various services. I got his contact from No Bogeys when I was looking for someone that does wedge stamping as a gift for a good friend for his 30th and Christmas. He was very quick to respond to my suggestions and tell me what's possible and what wasn't and provide a quote for his services. For what I wanted to get done it seemed most cost effective to do laser engraving versus stamping per letter ($10/First Letter, $7/Each Additional Letter, Up to 15 Letters, or $30/Laser Engraving Spot). Gave him a picture of what I wanted along with an SVG file of Doodlebob and about 2 weeks later, I got a call from him that it was ready for pickup. The lines are crisp and I appreciated all the extra work he did to get the vision of what I wanted on the club. Definitely the place to go to customize your wedges if you need a custom logo or if the manufacturer of the wedge you want doesn't allow for many letters (lookin' at you Mizuno) or any letters at all (Miura).

We looked at inconsistencies in my swing and attacked them piece by piece. It was incredibly helpful being able to see my swing frame by frame to highlight what was going wrong, and what was going right. Logan showed me some really great drills to practice on the range to help my ball compression. Also, really appreciate how there was no pushy sales tactics regarding booking another lesson. 100% will be booking another lesson. Took lessons from an older gentleman a few months ago who almost turned me off from seeking "professional" help; so glad I didn't. Thanks for the assistance Logan - look forward to working with you again soon!

The birdie goal at every Irvine course has been achieved. The course is beautiful, with a challenging layout. The fairways and greens are well-maintained. Located in Rancho Santa Margarita, it's a 22-minute drive without traffic. Overall, the course is very good . The blue tees are 6618 yards long, and the red tees are 4950 yards. The front nine is flat with many artificial landscaping and water hazards. The back nine features canyons, natural landscapes, and a significant "two-nine" layout. The front nine is more challenging. The back nine has many canyons and natural vegetation, including many old sycamores, oak trees, and giant cacti, creating a beautiful natural landscape. The only problem is that the secondary rough areas along the fairways are too large and dense. With the fall and winter leaves, finding the ball is very difficult. Several of my teammates' shots landed right there. I just couldn't find it. The course restaurant is pretty good though. Overall, the course quality is similar to Tustin, but closer to nature. Normal, nothing special.

Very limited on clothing, which I went for I think it's mainly to re-grip clubs, or maybe sizing your clubs. I did take notice when another customer walked in the store and the lady did acknowledge him. Maybe she knew him, but I won't be going back. I did find two Nike men's shirts on sale, but that was about it.
