I went on a sat afternoon. There only 3 workers and they had booked appointments plus took walk ins. They over booked themselves with no additional coverage. I went in for a UV fill, price on the board was $35, and a pedi for $21. The lady rushed me to find the write color. She cut up a couple of my fingers. The paint job was half ass. For the pedi I sat in cold water for 20 min before they got to my feet. The pedi was only 10 min and again half ass. While waiting for my pedi, i watched them flip flop between customers, changing spaces and everyone worked on everyone. I had three different woman work on my feet. Not cool! I watched a lady who had an appointment wait 40 min, then get up to leave upset and get into a fight with one of ladies. The worker was begging her to stay and wait, that lady ran after the customer. Just terrible. This was the worst place. And to top it off they charged me $50 for the fill and one of the nails fell off the next day Don't this I will ever go back to them. read more

. I was a walk in for a gel manicure and to fix one of my broken nails. I also got calluses removed from my feet, took about 5 minutes with just soap and scrubbing , hardly worth a full pedicure price. They did a mediocre job, it's been 3 days and there's still nail polish NEXT to my nails. I paid 70$ total. On the price board it said 30$ for gel. Why was I charged 70? Was getting rid of my calluses really 40? Was fixing my broke nail 40$ I don't understand the logic of that breakdown? Gel manicure=30, fixing broken nail, maybe like 10 cause they used acrylic stuff and then getting my feet scrubbed another 30? There's no way you break it up where it should add to 70 total for what I got! Ridiculous. read more

I got my eyebrows waxed here. They rushed the entire process, had me in and out. Not only were they not very friendly & rushing but they did a horrible job. My eyebrows came out very thin and way to short, also left me with red marks/cuts under my eyes. Painful & unpleasant. read more

I had saved up enough manicures to go in for my "FREE" one on their loyalty cards. However, the owner accused me of filling it out MYSELF. Said that they ALWAYS date the service. Well, one of their employees DID NOT date it on my card. I paid for the manicure, sat there steaming MAD and then before I left, I told the owner that I would never return. There are so many nail salons in Bethel that are nicer and cleaner and you don't get abused while they sit there and talk about you in their language. We have been coming here for mani/pedis and brow waxes for more than 10 years. The staff are friendly and do a fantastic job! The salon is clean, with big comfy massage chairs and plenty of magazines. My gel French manicure and regular pedicure both lasted more than a month! Highly recommend! read more

I tried this for the first time today. I asked for a fill and they made me take my already on acrylics off and refused to put new ones on after asking multiple times. After deciding to not complain anymore, they continued to put whatever they wanted onto my nails. She put gel on my nails and did not put on a base color before my French. Then as she put the white for the French tip I asked for it to be thinner and she glopped on the white to make it bubble. They cut my non existent cuticles to cause my nails to bleed. And the gel they got on the skin as they applied it, burned as it was put under the UV light. As we walked in there they asked how old we were and from my perspective decided since I was not an adult they would do whatever they wanted. I do not recommend this place for anything and I will not be returning since as my mom called, they decided to ask us back and yell at my mother. read more

I found this place online and by the reviews it seemed like a great place so I called and made an appointment! I show up and everyone is so nice, I asked for a powder dip manicure, they had 5 colors to choose from which is fine but when it came time to applying it she had NO idea what she was doing. I've been getting dip for a long time and my nails have never looked so awful! She made it clear she didn't understand how to do it so I'm now drying my nails and she realizes they aren't shiny she tries to fix them and makes it worse I'm so disappointed because she still charged me $40 after 3 hours of trying to figure out how to do the powder. Very upset I paid so much and am not happy at all with how they came out. read more

They removed my review. Horrible place. Scam. They lied to me about what they could do for me until it was too late and I had already been stuck there for over an hour. They took other customers in the middle of doing my nails & did not tell me that there were appointments scheduled so they wouldn't have time to finish mine in one go. My gel polish didn't dry for 48 hours. Bubbly, goopy. Refused a discount after I was clearly dissatisfied and kept asking for specifics of what I wanted & they didn't listen because they clearly just wanted to leave. Charged $60 for horrible service. Did my friend's nails even worse than mine. Don't spend your money here. read more

The least expensive regular mani I've found in Bethel! And they do a fantastic job. The women who work there are some of the nicest - once I happened to stop in a week or so before Christmas, and they gave a little Christmas present to everyone who came in! And then, my manicurist gave me a card for my next manicure to be free! They really care about their customers, and it shows through their work and their great customer service. The salon itself isn't the most beautiful, but they have all the needed sanitizing equipment, so I've never worried much about the decor. They also provide a heated massage with every manicure that is absolutely wonderful. read more

I have been going here for 10+ years. They are always the most kind people. The manicures are great and i would recommend spending the extra dollar for the "special" top coat to keep it longer. It still would cost you what the going rate for a manicure is at other places. They charge 9$ for a regular manicure. Also they have a mani/pedi/10 min hot cream leg massage for 35$ amazing deal! Joann is the owner and she is very kind. Sometimes they are busy and she gets a little flustered and may tell you a false waiting time. Also making an appointment does not mean much, i usually still wait when I have an appointment. Overall I highly recommend them! read more
