I've came here a couple of times before, and it's always been fine. Nothing special about the quality. Today I came in and I asked for white French tips, and she gave me white tips. I told her I have never gotten them done like that. And she told me they would come out looking normal. When she was almost done I told her I didn't like how the white looked like it was under the acrylic and not like they usually do and I didn't like them, she got very upset and started yelling at me, so much so some other customers who was getting her nails done had to jump in and help try to calm the room down. It was embarrassing. I felt unsafe saying anything else at this point. She still did my toes and she was rough and rude the whole time, I felt very unsafe. I felt like she was mad at me and grabbing me roughly, even cut my skin when she was cutting me toe nails. I started to cry when I was getting my toes pained because I was just so upset with how I was being treated. She didn't ask if I was okay, or anything. I won't come back, even though it's convenient located to me. It was a very bad experience. read more

Only two ladies working, not sure if that was a factor .. no talking no ambiance , music nothing just pure silence in the shop as the lady does French tips on my nails, which took way too long to do for something simple. They had no jewels to add on too which was disappointing. I asked for a flower to be added to my big toe and she couldn't draw one. Didn't even ask the other lady to help. I won't be returning here. I went because it had the best reviews but I should've looked instead of trusting my toes looked good. The polish is all over my toes, the polish looks splotchy, & my nails are cut unevenly. Just a hot mess all together. Worst $40 spent, this is worth $20 at the least. I have been looking for a nail salon since I've moved to Washington. Today, I decided to try this local salon. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly face. They also took me right away! I got acrylic dip nails and a pedicure w/ gel and it was very reasonably priced. The worker was also very friendly and held a conversation along with a couple jokes! Took my 7 year old to get nails painted. The staff greeted us upon entry. My daughter was services right away. The nail tech did a neat job painting her tiny fingers. The cost was only $5. The shop was clean. The pedicure chairs have disposable liners. The one thing that I wasn't pleased with is when I asked how much the service would be the lady said $5 then immediately started laughing and speaking in another language. I had a great experience! The salon was not over the top fancy, but had massage chairs for pedicure and comfy chairs for the manicure. The pricing was great and she gave me exactly what I wanted from the reference photos I gave her. Why doesn't this place have better reviews?! Or an overall rating?! My friend and I went to get our nails done for homecoming. I now love this place and I've only been here once. It is decently priced for a shellac manicure at $26. They lasted longer as well. The staff is very friendly but not as talkative, but that's ok! The radio station they play is good too and not that basic instrumental tunes you hear at other places. 10/10!!! I'm satisfied and I hope to go here again soon:) read more

I've been coming here for years!! Absolutely love the ladies and their work. They do a very good/thorough pedicure (I don't have the prettiest feet pre pedicure either) and today gave a very nice foot massage. My eyebrows are always nicely done as well. I only get gel on top of my natural nails but I love how they turn out. I've had issues at other salons with it chipping in days but I haven't had that happen here before.. read more

Horrible customer service. They pick and choose who they want to provide service for. I went almost an hour before closing. I could tell they were searching for an excuse not to help me. I assisted them by saying...are you closing? They said "yes, closed...sorry". As I sat in the parking lot for a moment I watched 2 people go in and not come back out. Keeping in mind they didn't say we have appointments so we won't have time..they said Closed. That's happened more than once so I'm not sure why I even returned. I would not recommend them. They definitely discriminate and they are not the discreet about it. read more

DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE!!!!! I would put zero stars if I could... I got a toenail fungus here after a pedicure. About 4 days after my pedicure my toe started to hurt I thought maybe I hurt it doing something else then 10 days later after the pain never got better, I come back to this nail place and ask for the polish to be removed. The lady acts like she doesn't know what it is she proceeded to act dumb and tell me it's just an ingrown toenail like no honey it is not!! I used to like this place but now I know and unfortunately have to find a way to get rid of this fungus still fighting it 4 months later... and I hope people read this and I can save some other poor soul from dealing with a toenail fungus because it is the most frustrating thing can't wear sandals or anything this establishment is a sad excuse they are not clean and they just play dumb when something comes up. read more

When I pulled up, the window said $18 for a full set... I thought "sweet! That's cheap!" As I'm getting my nails done I asked them to do a chargers design, the lady said "yes, we can do that!" .... Another lady came over to do the design ... All in all it looks like utter shit! It doesn't look like the chargers decal at all!!!! I went to go pay and the lady said $33 ... I said uh what! The window said $18 and with a design and line it should only be $25 . All of the ladies decided to yell at me and so I got mad and started cussing at them. I just needed to get my acrylic nails off that's it. I was on my way to Walmart to do groceries and drove past this place hence why I stopped here despite the horrible reviews. They were extremely friendly and I was happy with how fast she was. Only 3 stars for today because I haven't actually got my nails done by them yet. Wow! The current staff are the best at providing extremely high quality nail spa services and they are the nicest, most gentle, ladies ever! I am very particular about my manicures and pedicures and how well they grow out is important to me. Cleanliness, sanitation, and décor are paramount factors in my choice of a salon. Everyone should know that this nail spa has new ownership and management since the negative reviews were posted! I could not even imagine what the negative reviews were about when I read them. Then I wondered if these two people were trying to get out of paying or were they, perhaps, very prejudiced customers? Then I realized that the dates on the negative reviews are before the new ownership/management took over this shop. The new manager has helped four other family members and friends set up nail shops in the local area. This lady is so good at what she does that a number of patrons, including myself, have followed her to the new shops as far away as Fife, WA. I am so happy she is back in the local area as are many other long time patrons. For over 12 years I have only experienced relaxation and enjoyment (with lots of laughter and ladies talk) when getting high quality manicures, pedicures, art work, facials, waxing, and/or massages. Since 2003, I have recommended over 75 people to the shops where this lady has worked. All of these people were very pleased with the care and quality of work they received from the staff which she over sees. Whether, like my teenage, & younger, grand-daughters and their friends; or, my mom and friends in their 80's and 90's; and, all ages in between, most ALL have become repeat customers. What more can I say, except, THANK YOU ladies for the many years of good service and fabulous fun! I am looking forward to many more... read more

Worst gel manicure I have ever had. Will not go back nor do I recommend this place. I got my nails done on a Thursday around noon. By Friday at 10am my nails were chipping. Went in on Saturday to have it fixed and they were so busy I was going to have to wait over an hr for two nails. So I came back Sunday by this time I had 3 nails chipping. Less than 48 hrs from the original manicure. Most of my gel manicures last minimum of 10 days before chipping. Their polish is crap. Then she sanded all my nails down but not down to a clean surface and added paint over them all. Less than 3 days later they were all chipping. I even tipped $5 on a $25 manicure.
