Sad when you have to ask for a bag and your items just get shoved into a cheap plastic bag. Typically around the holidays, most stores make exceptions to their return policies but not greedy sisters.... I like to shop small business but next time I'll stick with pottery barn and save my money and receive better customer service

I thought they had a nice selection and the prices were definitely reasonable and affordable. I selected a cross body bag that was priced at $45. The owner had just recently received a shipment of a new to the store purse line called Myra. She was very friendly and helpful. The store was nicely organized with the items displayed nicely. I also found several cute vintage items that I believe fell under the Look Again Antiques - N - Stuff goods store; I believe they work together. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
