Told me their policy won't allow you to file a claim with your credit card company! Sounds like an attempted insurance scam to me and they are trying to screw their customer. I guess this is what you get dealing with a low grade online merchant. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere! It's not worth saving a few bucks!

I have to admit for being a big box store, they were clean and had a wide variety of items to browse through. During the week, there weren't a lot of staff on hand, but the one who helped us was really good. My wife had a return to make and one thing keeping this place from getting a higher rating was that there was no signage indicating where customer service/returns were located. None of the cashier aisles had anyone there when we entered. We browsed a little and my wife spotted a gal who was stocking inventory (loads of seasonal stuff was filling the shelves). The employee immediately stopped stocking and directed my wife to the second cashier spot and she opened the spot and processed the returned item with a simple review of the receipt to confirm it was purchased there and the price to be refunded. In about a minute, my wife was refunded her money. My wife also asked if they carried some artificial plants and where would she find them. The clerk pointed in the general directions and then gave some verbal direction to help find the specific items. Unfortunately, they had similar stuff to what my wife wanted, but not exactly. But that wasn't the clerk's fault. Prices seemed reasonable and the quality of the items I picked up seemed good too. One of the workers checking people out said she was taking her break, so it only left one lady at the register. My 15 year old was able to find a couple dresses that she liked and a bodysuit. She was on a mission to find something in yellow, but she did not like the floral prints that kept popping up. My 11 year old, whose style is much different than her older sister, did not really find anything that grabbed her attention. She found herself browsing the more professional looking area of the store with me, but only left with a couple of button-up sleeveless blouses that were on clearance near the window of the store. Oddly enough, I purchased two of those blouses for work as well! They were only $4, so I couldn't resist. I've worn them both to work and they are perfect for a business-casual setting in the height of an Indiana Summer (which is hot and humid!). I also purchased some costume jewelry, most of which was deeply discounted, which is very good because some of it has already begun turning colors from minimal wear.
