I had a great experience with Yesterday's Treasures. They posted a photo on Facebook of a dinnerware set that I loved. I decided to call and see if I could purchase over the phone. They took my payment and said they'd have everything wrapped and ready for me when I picked it up the next day. When I arrived the next day, the saleswoman greeted me and introduced me to the store. She was kind and friendly, and even helped me find some things to do while I was in town. The store itself is gorgeous. So much to look at! Everything is displayed beautifully. Cute store full of unique antiques! Everyone in here was super friendly and helpful. It was nice to walk around and take a look at the different vintage signs, glass, furniture, and little knick knacks. I saw a few things I wanted to buy. I thought this place was pretty cool. We didn't find anything the day we were here but I can see how they'd have some specific items or collections that some people may be searching for. Case in point, Pyrex cookware from the 70's with the designs on the outside. My wife thought what they had was pretty cool. Fortunately she already had her collection squared away so my wallet stayed in my pocket on this visit. They also have a nice selection of Depression Glass and a lot of little coveys that have hidden treasures that are worth exploring. The owner was friendly and chatted us up for a couple minutes. This is truly an amazing home-town store! Stacy and her mom are the owners and are possibly the friendliest (and funniest) people I've ever met. Their selection is constantly changing and the quality of the items they sell are outstanding. Their prices may be higher than other antique stores, but they painstakingly handpick every item that comes into their store so you are guaranteed no "kitschy" or boring items. Much of their store comes from estate sales that they buy and comb through to sell the finest and most collectible items. Many antique stores also are very strict about not touching things or the people there are uptight and make you feel unwelcome. This is NOT the case here! The owners make you feel so welcome and wanted and encourage you to pick up items and investigate them throughly. If you are a jewelry collector this is also the store for you! I buy my mom a piece of jewelry every Christmas from here and Stacy tells me all about the brand, how it was made, and what time period it came from...which makes the gift all the more special. They have probably AT LEAST 100 drawers full of vintage necklaces, pins, earrings, etc...and that's not including whats in numerous cabinets and display pieces. ...Also, I believe they do special deals on jewelry for girls going to prom, homecoming, and the like. read more

Drove an hour on Monday April 26 to this store. Arrived at 12:30 pm and store is closed despite website stating they are open. They aren't open on Monday during winter hours however it is an entire month into Spring now. No hours listed on door or anything. Again, their website stated they are open until 6:00. If I could I would give this 0 stars. The owner was very rude. As far as the pieces inside, they are quite quaint. However as I left the shop I had accidentally pressed a button on the old fashion cash register for which I thought was a jukebox. I was immediately verbally assaulted and told not to touch as it's her register. Even after my apologies, her reaction stayed the same which made us all uneasy therefore we decided to move onto another antique store. Hospitality does make a difference. read more
