I'm not a fan of the constant price increases--13%, then 12%, and now another 10%--especially since the quality of the massages hasn't improved. I can't remember the last time I got a 10% raise--probably never. They recently relocated to the far end of the shopping center, and I guess someone has to cover the cost--looks like it's the clients. I'm not saying I'll never come back, but I'll most likely be getting most of my massages in Flushing from now on. They charge about half the price. And apparently, prices are going up another $10 soon. OK then. Uh now, instead of giving me a small bottle of water, they offer half a tiny paper cup--the kind you usually see in a bathroom. I was delightfully please with the place and the services. I hadn't a facial in a long while. I needed some TLC and that's exactly what i got. I was greeted by Lilly , masked woman with smiling eyes confirming my appointment. Then she asked me to walk toward some high tech temperature checker pretty cool. I was escorted through a calming low lit hallway. Relaxing music and spa clean smell transported you out of the zip code somewhere else. I had a nice facial, the lady explained every step she was take but let you relax. In between facial masks she helped your further relax by giving nice shoulder and neck message. I was putty in her hands... Its 2020 - I soooo needed this. The steam part was the best. It wasn't overwhelming like its been at other places where i can barley breath and Id have to ask them to take it off. At the end i was relaxed, my face felt hydrated and supple. She offers packages for a facial and massage but I didn't have time for one. Luckily she that's fine you can pay for it now as a package and schedule next time. I went for it. I came in as a walk in and they were able to accommodate me quickly. The corridor to the massage rooms is very zen and dimly lighted with candles for a calming experience. I'm not sure what my masseuse's name was but she did an excellent job. She could target my knots and I left feeling much looser. I go to Gw monthly for the 90 minute massage. They know me by name when I go. I also buy gift cards often for birthdays and holidays. My mother passed away a few weeks ago and I found a gift card that she never used from a few years ago. Having the worst month, I figured this would be nice to do. I booked an appointment for 3 of us to get foot massages. We were greeted by friendly staff and started by soaking our feet in a salt bath while they massaged our scalp, temples, neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Then we lay back in our respective lounge chairs while they massaged our legs and feet. They then used hot stones towards the end, and finished with a massage with towel to help wipe off the excess lotion. It was a very fair price at $30 for 60 minutes each. Note that while you can pay via credit card, they ask that tips be given with cash. We had such a great experience; we will definitely be back! read more

I took my husband for couples massage for his birthday. This place was clean and service was good. We received massage from two separate people, one for me and another for my husband. Before leaving I gave 20% tip but the lady was not happy about it and started questioning me. She kept asking "for two of us?" I am not sure if she expected 20% for just one person and another 20% for other. If I wanted to pay 40% for tip, I wouldn't go to some place so cheap. If they wish such high tips they should make it clear before customers come in. Or they simple should increase the price of their massage and pay their employees more so they are not pushing their customers. A customer needs to know how much they will end up paying before they walk in. Advertising the the price and then expecting to make more in tips is false advertising. I will not go back to this place again because I felt attacked and embarrassed. A tip is what we wish to pay by choice and it should never be forced upon customers. read more
