I was given two gift cards to this place for Christmas. The pedicures cost $40 right off of the bat, which is incredibly overpriced. The first time I came here the woman giving me a pedicure offered me a massage for my pedicure which I had already had on my gift card. When I went to go pay they told me I asked for another ADDITIONAL massage so I had to pay more $$. I was upset, but paid and let it go. I received an email later from the salon that they would give me a $10 coupon to come back for the miscommunication. So here I am, finally about 8 months later making my way back here to use my coupon. I ask how much for callus removal, which they say $15. Again, overpriced but I accept. The girl doing my pedicure scrubs my feet instead of using the scraper and I ask why she didn't use the scraper. She said they couldn't use it because of covid. Which would have been helpful to know PRIOR to spending the $15. This place is a rip off and I'll never come here again. The pedicure isn't great enough where it's worth $40 even. It's a normal pedicure. There is absolutely nothing special about it. Worst of all they don't care about taking advantage of people and their money. It's like they don't realize people won't come back again. Both times I've been here the place has been absolutely empty. Recommend going somewhere else. Anywhere else at that. I'll never come here again. It's unlikely they'll end up staying in business. read more

This was my first time here and you would think they would do their best work to lure in a new customer but nope. They do not even deserve the one star...I Went in for a powder manicure and to start off the lady seemed like a nervous wreck like it was her first time doing a powder manicure on someone. Then she is filing down my nails and she ripped my skin from filing my skin along with my nail TWICE. She then left my nails with polish all along the edges and finished telling me she was done. I then asked her if she's cleaning the excess polish off my skin around my nails and her response was "I can't or else I'll rip your skin" like WHAT??? Iv never in my life experienced this before. My cuticles are usually a problem for manicurists & they usually peel back, nothing from here though. I went to the Locust Valley location. First time was for a deep tissue massage and the second for a facial. The massage was amazing and it really felt it helped improve my overall well being, felt very different afterwards. Second time, I went in for a facial. As a guy, they really treated me well and made me feel comfortable. Investing in your skin is important regardless of your sex, they really did a great job and did see the difference. Heard about the great reviews for this place and came all the way from Queens! Definitely worth the commute. They are located only a couple minutes from the Locust Valley LIRR station and easy to get to. Came here for a facial and they were extremely professional, accommodating, and welcoming! The store is calm and quiet and created the perfect atmosphere to be relaxed when you are enjoying being pampered. Great staff and customer service! read more

I had an appointment for a refresh pedicure and an eyebrow wax. This was my first visit to this salon. I was really excited to treat myself and specifically for the extra 10 min foot massage that was supposed to come with the service I selected. The salon itself is super nice and really clean. The staff was also very kind however the service I recieved wasn't the greatest. The pedicure was fine, but towards the end when the woman doing my pedicure was applying the nail polish, a customer in the other room asked one of the other staff members for a chair massage, and they switched in the middle of applying polish. Which isn't the end of the world but I just felt like that was a little unprofessional. At this point too I still hadn't gotten the 10 min foot massage and was asked to go into the other room for the eyebrow wax. I assumed that maybe they just did the foot massage separately from the pedicure. After I got my eyebrows done I was asked to pay, and I was confused because I never got the 10min foot massage I paid extra for. As it turns out the first person to do my pedicure forgot about it. At this point I was frustrated and just wanted to go home so I just paid and left. Luckily I was not charged for the service I did not receive, but I still spent $65 for everything, plus a tip for both of the women who helped me. I've had a much much better experience at other salons for a lot cheaper. I ended up feeling disappointed because I specifically came for a spa experience for something that is no better than the chop shops in Glen Cove. This place is definitely not what I would consider to be a spa. They only get away with it because of the location, and the customers are all most likely wealthy stay at home moms in Lattingtown and Locust Valley who don't care about how much money they spend. Unfortunately I won't be returning and I hope other have a better experience if they decide to come here. read more

I found out about this location through a co worker. I have chronic back pain/tight muscles. I'm in constant pain and feel like I have the back of an 80 Yr old woman. I'm 29. When I got there the masseuse was very nice and asked about specific points I needed taken care of. She listened and worked on the specific spots and could even tell I needed work on other spots and helped gets the knots out. I had 2 hours and still couldn't get all of the knots and that's understandable. I just rescheduled my second appointment and I couldn't be happier. Only place I go to now. I used to be scared of gel manicures as other places destroyed my nails. But I am not sure what they do differently but my nails are strong and healthy. I come about every 3 weeks for a new mani. I also do their treatments. The Procell is shockingly effective. I have been noticing my hair thinning at an alarming rate and after two procell treatments I am surprised at all the new hair growth. They also have the Celluma red light therapy- so ask for this for your face during your pedicure. Linda, the owner, only uses the most advanced treatments I normally just see at my dermatologist. I came in as a walk in and I was welcomed and taken care of immediately. The first thing I noticed was the ambiance: warm and elegant. The place is super clean! And all their tools are sterilized. I was shown a great selection of colors and the different spa packages they offer (all reasonably priced) I got a manicure and the woman who did my nails was gentle and thorough. Very meticulous. My nails came out pristine and lasted a full two weeks! Not to mention, my massage was great too. The staff here really cares about their customers and does a superb job. Came here with a friend. She got a facial and massage. I got a waxing and we both loved this place! It's a fairly new place and it was hard to find at first because it's tucked away behind locust valley market, but it was definitely worth the trip. Linda and her staff immediately greeted us and were very attentive. No doubt about it, the service exceeds any other place that i've ever been to. Also, my skin's very sensitive so a lot of places I go to normally irritate my skin after i get a waxing, but Linda informed me that they only use organic waxing products. It seems like a good idea to make an appointment, since it's not a huge place and can only accommodate a few people at a time. FYI re: dip powder manicure--they have Kiara Sky. It looks wonderful and I anticipate it lasting for 2-3 weeks, but the color is much darker than it appeared and that's not something I've experienced with SNS. After reading great reviews, I stopped by here for a girl's day out with my cousin. The lady who did my nails did an incredible job shaping my nails (I asked her to round them out). I found a beautiful periwinkle color that I loved; they had a great assortment of colors. I don't know what she did, but to my surprise, my nails did not chip for at least a solid 2 weeks(!!!) To add, the staff here are attentive and sanitary. The place is spotless and they sterilize all of their instruments prior to use, which is super important to me. This place is a serene, relaxing oasis. The atmosphere is very calming and clean and the technicians are very gracious and welcoming. They have this amazing jelly pedicure that you must try. I've never had anything like it, your feet just melt into this warm, lavender scented quicksand-jello esque bath. Jason gives fantastic massages, he is very skilled and knows all of the pressure points. Every time I walk out of there I am walking on a cloud. Beautiful, clean and peaceful atmosphere. The pedicure seating is the most comfortable I've ever experienced. This was my second visit and it is by far the best mani/pedi in the area.
