I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a powder manicure and pedicure here. Within ONE day, multiple nails started peeling off, and others cracked completely. I went back to complain, and while they did redo them, the exact same thing happened again almost immediately. The quality and durability were unacceptable. The only positive thing I can say is that the place itself is pretty. I came here to get a pedicure and did enjoy it, but personally I would only go back for the spa services like a facial or massage, if I wanted to get my nails or feet done I would definitely go to there Woodbury location. The place & tools are clean. Very spa like feel. My masseuse was very nice and was very catering to my needs. No complaints about the pedicure the 15 min foot massage was nice. They had foam slippers in case you didn't wear open toe shoes and actual foam Toe separators! The first time Yelp discount of 20% off. Things I was expecting but didn't get: An offer of something to drink before or after..i did have a container of tea and i eventually ran out but still don't think it hurts to ask. A better massage bed or pillows for pre-natal massages. I've been to other places that have the equipment to make you feel more comfortable and the pricing is the same. I'd probably come back for their other massages but most likely not the prenatal especially for the price. Luckily, I received a discount so i wasn't too disappointed. Awful experience - unprofessional and rude I booked a 90-min scalp treatment and confirmed it by phone. Drove 40 minutes to get there, only to be told rudely at the front desk that they could only do 60 minutes. No apology, no flexibility. The actual treatment lasted only 45 minutes, and they used the rest of the time to blow-dry my hair - which should NOT be included in the treatment time. However stopped midway - my hair was still wet and messy. They just told me to change cloth.... Completely careless and disrespectful. Staff were cold and unskilled. Absolutely no sense of customer care. We live nearby but will never return. Total waste of time and money. read more

Their online booking procedure did mot allow for the person to pay in advance for my service and I had to call them for them to pay at the end which I did not like. The space was clean and well kept i wore my a mask through the massage and so did the masseuse. The room was clean and sanitized. My new FAVORITE spa! An easy location to get to with easy parking as well. Once inside, i was instantly greeted and blown away at how beautiful it is inside. It's a high end spa and so calm and serene! I booked a hot stone & deep tissue massage for 90 minutes and my masseuse Sandy was excellent. I highly recommend her. She applied just the right amount of pressure and so much thought into the massage. She never surprised and was gentle when needed. She's very skilled at her expertise! I didn't want to leave. I had to take off a star, while I appreciated her insight on what kind of massage she recommended, would have been more favorable to have that insight before I was on the table. Also the suggested massage was higher in price than my original scheduled massage, which could have been an issue for others if they are not realizing what they are saying yes too. My friend and I got the new Head Spa treatment and OMG with a capital O! I've seen these treatments all over Tik Tok and this was one of the very few places on LI that offers this service. It's pretty much like a hair wash at the salon .. FOR AN HOUR!! We were in heaven! They explained everything they were doing and I felt so relaxed.with the neck and shoulder massage.. It's amazing how disgusting your scalp gets and it's evident when they put a camera to your scalp and you see how clogged your hair follicles are. After the treatment our hair felt so light and clean - I think cleaner than it's ever been. It's a little pricey but it's worth it to do at least once. read more

I booked two mini spa packages which include an option of 30 minute massage or facial, manicure and pedicure, and a 10 minute foot massage or 10 extra minutes in the massage chair. I chose the 30 minute massage, which was nice. My manicure was nice. However the pedicure could've been better, which is why I'm giving three stars. I did not feel like they dug in enough to clean and since I chose the foot massage I was expecting different treatment however it felt like any regular massage any nail salon would give. The staff were all very nice and their services were even better. My masseuse did an amazing job with the massage as well as facial. I've never had one before and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had. The one thing that bothered us a little was how the staff kept trying to upgrade things and push add ons. Some we were open to like a $10 up-charge to have a deep tissue massage instead of Swedish. Or even the $70 extra each of a special eye mask to help with dark circles. But when they were pushing $50 for an eye cream during the facial, we had to call it there. I feel like I dodged a bullet. The front desk person was so ignorant and unprofessional that after booking a package worth $384 I cancelled within 4 hour of booking it online. I wanted a specific massage therapist and I saw that she was available for one of the services. So I just booked a 1:40 appt to hold my reservation and called in as soon as they opened. I had to explain myself 4 times til I lost it. The woman kept saying she understood but she did not understand. She was quickly dismissive telling me that the therapist wasn't available, when I was aware she had an opening. Either there was a language /comprehension barrier or she was very hard-headed. I ended up screaming at her and requesting to speak with a manager. She said there was no manager and then hung up on me. When I called back she put me on hold. Then I called back again and she transferred me to their Woodbury location. I was so pissed off but the woman at the other location actually had some intelligence and communication skills calmed me down and booked it exactly how it was supposed to be. In the meantime, the manager actually had left me a message so I called him back explaining to him that he needs to put someone on the phone who is capable as the front desk person did not comprehend what I was saying no matter how many ways I tried to put it so that she would understand it. Either she does not have good listening skills or she doesn't understand the language maybe both. After hanging up with him I get a call from the spa. It's the first girl who proceeds to explain to me what happened. I was like is this really happening??? wth!!! I was like I do not want to speak with you. If you are not calling about my appointment do not contact me again. Then she proceeds to start texting me!!!! The ignorance and mentality and unprofessionalism of this employee is unparalleled. I called back to cancel the service and she would not do it and hung up on me. I called her manager again and requested to cancel the service at which point he tried to offer me a free service. I'm like I do not want a free service. I want peace!! Very poor unprofessional completely ignorant behavior. The manager tried to save it but I will never book a service at this spa. He has poor judgment and doesn't recognize that your front line of service is the introduction to your business. I literally had to block your employees number because she was harassing me! He told me that he never told her to call me back to explain and just said to be nice to me. I guess she doesn't know how to follow directions and is actually hard-headed. smh Insanity!! I started coming to this spa since it's opening. I originally went to the owners other spa in Farmingdale and followed Dina (the previous host) to this location. I was very impressed with the service and attentive details to customers. When the company reopened during the COVID crisis, I was one of the first to return. By this time Dina had left the company. My last 2 consecutive visits were not very very satisfying. The manicure (gel and powder at the second visit) resulted in a disaster. I informed the hostess on both events, they were not very supportive but offered a minimal discount of $5 for the first event and free manicure for the second event (photos were taken with stamps Ed date and time). The hostess began to defend the cause and on the second desastre she only became apologetic after I declined the offer for their free regular manicure. At one point she asked if I would allow her to speak. This was very disheartening. You may ask "will I return?" Yes. May and Anna are lovely associates and I will continue to visit because of their service. However I will have little to no communication with the front desk staff. Hence only 3 stars read more

Great pressure and technique - she really worked out my knots in my back. And then received an express facial. This was pretty standard- no steam or extractions but a nice mask, massage and creams. I had a couple hot stone massage with Dina. Both my husband and I left the appointment feeling as light as a feather and more relaxed than ever.
