I would recommend getting reservations for probably dinner and on the weekends when they can be busier. We got seated to a table quickly. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant was really nice since they are still quite new. The restaurant is located in a plaza with plenty of ample parking spaces available. To order, you select your items for the hotpot through a tablet. Drinks is all included in the price. Drinks available include tea, fountain drinks and slush puppies. The only thing that is paid separately is the price of the broth and they have several to choose from. Glory Dim Sum is also a part of the restaurant so if you're also looking to have some dim sum the cost is separate for that from the AYCE hot pot. All ingredients were fresh, although they were a bit lacking in the green vegetables they offered. I really wanted the chrysanthemum, but it never came to our table and the servers never told us that they didn't have any available so I assumed they just didn't have any in stock. You also have access to a sauce bar with a variety of ingredients to make your own dipping sauce. After dinner, you can also enjoy ice cream for dessert, but they didn't have much selections. The only flavours we saw that day were rainbow, black cherry, and a small amount of mango ice cream left.

I feel like the pot is barely big enough for 1 broth, but you are to select two broths. Pro tip: You can ask for water as your broth if you're sodium sensitive. There's a decent selection of meats, seafoods, veggies, and other legumes. You can grab as much as you want, but they do charge for leftovers if you leave any behind. I had no complaints from any of the foods; everything tastes good as long as you cook them properly. Service was excellent here. Pay at the counter when you're done.
