TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE, Im reporting this company to better business bureau etc, terrible experience! I purchased Burmese Curly human hair from YG Wigs for 300$! and was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the hair and the way my concerns were handled. Within days of installation, the hair became severely tangled, matted, dry, and difficult to manage. Before even reaching the two-week mark, I was already considering removing the entire style because of how much effort it took just to keep it looking presentable. Even after detangling and caring for it, the hair would quickly become tangled again. I regularly work with human hair and understand that all hair requires maintenance. However, this was far beyond normal maintenance. In my experience, hair at this price point should remain usable and manageable for much longer than a few days. I contacted customer service promptly, provided photos documenting the condition of the hair, and attempted to resolve the issue directly. Despite multiple emails and photo evidence, I was repeatedly referred back to the return policy because the hair had been installed. I was not offered a refund, replacement, or exchange. The only compensation offered was a small partial refund that I did not feel adequately addressed the issue. They first offered 20$ refund, then 40$ after several back and forth a final 60$!!! For TRASH hair. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company should be closed! What disappointed me most was not only the quality of the product, but the lack of a meaningful resolution after I made every effort to work directly with the company. I decided to try #4A/27/30 piano color bulk hair and I'm obsessed! The blend of browns and blonde is so seamless, it really pops against my skin. The body wave texture is soft and didn't lose its pattern. I used a little edge control for my 4C hair and it looks like it's growing from my scalp. After dipping the ends in hot water, the curls came out perfect. Every night I just wrap it in my satin scarf, and in the morning, a quick touch of mousse is all I need.
