They're definitely not up to date with invoices capabilities if you need that, but they can hand write a receipt. They don't have a fancy scheduling system, but they're going to do their best to get you taken care of. And once you're in that bed or chair - nothing matters anymore. You are their focus. I have experienced two masseuses here - they were both intuitive and asked for preferences and pressure intensity regularly. My appointment was for 10AM and right now they have construction out front so it was hard to tell where it was located thank goodness, I read on Yelp that it was in a strip mall. It's clean and looks like the owner and wife works here. They barely speak English but as long as you tell them who you are and they should have you down. They started right away. I had the guy name William and he showed me into a room. This is one of those places where they want you to strip down to your under garments. I'm not really too comfortable and it helps that there a sheer blanket and towel to cover you up and you will face down first 45 mins and the last 15 mins facing up with a bigger blanket. The Groupon I had was just ONE hour massage. So when he started it was weird like he just went for it and I just wanted to tell him my concern cause I have tensions in my neck, shoulders and upper back. But he just pressed my spine and went down and the whole time it was DRY HANDS. It was not a typical massage I'm used to. He barely massage but more pressure points all over the body. I couldn't stand the dry hands against my back and skin. Finally I heard him got lotion and it was COLD and massage that on my back. After that, it was a VERY HOT TOWEL on my back. This is like a rollar coaster ride, couldn't tell what's going to help next. When I finally faced upward, he untied my hair and started massaging my forehead, ear and then my scalp. Ummm, not really a fan of that... felt like it was scratching my head. and then massage the limbs and when he was done he would lift my left and drop 3 times. I was so glad it was over. I'm not sure this massage is for me. I did tip them after the massage. They gave me a tiny cup of water to drink so I can get rid of toxins after the massage. Then the lady walked out from another room and asked if i tipped before I reach the door out of there, I was like yes. Her husband looked at her and she apologized. I felt like I shouldn't be asked to tipped. Felt very odd now. If you don't care and want to try a massage that is different this is a place for you.
