Yippon Ramen is AMAZING! If you're looking for good ramen noodles, quick service, and an accommodating environment, you've got to consider Yippon Ramen. We arrived around 4:30pm, and were kindly greeted and seated immediately. We ordered the Karaage Japanese-style fried chicken as an appetizer and it was on our table within 2 minutes of ordering! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. My wife ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen. Both were delicious and bursting with flavor. I asked for mild spiciness and they lowered the amount perfectly (it was just spicy enough to make me want more). I've been here multiple times and have loved every experience with most of them being takeout or to go. They have an awesome happy hour for appetizers. Sushi is always fresh and the kids meals are moderately priced so if you have a picky eater, like I do, fear not! You can get all the delicious things that you were looking for and still know they provide something for the kids. Easy parking, friendly staff. My wife and my sisters ordered the tonkotsu ramen (x2) and the kimchi ramen. I ordered a Karaage ramen and shared a yellowtail jalapeño appetizer. The yellowtail came out at the same time as the ramen. The portion was tiny for $11. Other sushi spots we've been to have yellowtail slices that were double the size of what we received. I wouldn't call it shareable. Other than that, it was tasty with a bit of spice and complemented well with the ponzu sauce. We each had a sip/taste of the different ramens and I think we agree: karaage #1, kimchi #2, tonkotsu #3. They were all good, but the karaage had a deeper flavor. I would like a spicy option, but that's just my preference. The spice of the kimchi ramen was solid, I'm curious how much spicier the other spicy ramens are!
