Everything was in pretty good shape, clean, not too crowded and overall an easy place to get a bodybuilding type workout in. They had some equipment that my regular gym doesn't have so I wish I could have stayed longer but I had to get back to the party! Available: treadmills, squat rack, smith machine, GHD, various benches, clips, metal steps for step ups/box squats, various cable machines, lots of dumbbells and weights, some belts and belts with chains, a bathroom and parking in the back.

They stopped by the house to see the work scope and gave an estimate on the spot. The price was very reasonable and in line with the other plumbing companies I spoke to. They came back few days later with all their equipment. It took them almost 4.5hrs to complete the job. They were very good at explaining everything they did. We had a question about a new shower and they came back the following day to make sure we were ok. I would highly recommend his team and the company if you need help with plumbing projects.

I mean, like all your jeans. Clean. Dry. In approximately the time it takes to watch one episode of Downton Abbey. Like, if you're into Downton Abbey. 2) it's always always always clean. How? Do they have cleaning gnomes or something? Who can say, but it's so clean! 3) I think it was literally Christmas Day, some holiday anyway, and the Google entry for the business says open every day, and I texted right thru Google I think, but I texted to ask is they were for true open that day and I expected either an automatic text response with their hours or like, nothing at all. It seemed a long shot, but I was having a laundry emergency, and I swear, in like two minutes I got a real live response, from a PERSON, who assured me that yes indeed, they were open. It was a Christmas miracle, I'm still talking about it and that was like 8 months ago. I don't know how this place exists in the real world and isn't just a figment of idealism and convenience, but it's there. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm he cancelled. I tried to reschedule but I never heard from them again. Would never use this company again.

I cannot believe the discrimination. I am 23 and I am in school. I also have a EH address. They will not allow me to have a student membership but I'm "too old" and not considered a student. There are fabulous bathrooms stocked with everything you need (dry shampoo, natural deodorant, etc.), cute cubbies to leave all of your belongings, and the calming low light in the actual studios during class. Instructors are wonderful. I regularly attend classes each with with great range of teachers, who start classes off with breath work before diving into class. Most classes seem to be at a beginner/intermediate level and are easy to follow. Depending on which instructor you have, they generally focus on different area of the body, but I can truly say I haven't had a bad class. This is my regular studio for reformer and I recommend to any pilates lover!

We literally worked every part of our body and I was sore for like 4 days after. The treadmill parts were especially grueling because, as a beginner, I was sandwiched in between people running on like 10.0 speed and I'm barely breathing trying to run on 7.0. I loved how the music was blasting and the lights were dim, so that we could suffer without being heard or seen by anyone else. The instructor, Josey, was great. He was upbeat and his instructions were very clear. I didn't know how he would pull off telling two groups of people two different sets of instructions, but he pulled it off! The Facility: Parking is a mad house. You should come maybe 10 minutes before the class so you can get all the spaces that the people from the class before you vacate. If you come too early, you won't find any parking. The gym itself is small and no frills. They have towels and water bottles, but I didn't see a water machine to refill your own water. Also they provide little cubbies in the main workout room so you won't have to worry about your stuff. My suggestion: For beginners, you should start on the floor and pick a spot in the middle row so you can see all the pros in front of you but also not feel pressure to be perfect. You'll also get a treadmill by the front door so you can go out and get a new towel (or air) without walking past everyone. All in all, I can't wait to do Barry's again and this location in particular was great.
