Anytime Fitness/ABC Financial is a scam.Tried to cancel in March of this year,Hugo franchise was…read morenot taking any messages/returning calls because they were in fear of their business collapsing w people canceling during Covid.Called the billing company,(ABC Financial) and was told that billing was "suspended" and that I had to cancel thru Hugo location who was not returning calls.I was charged anyway and resulted in "take no responsibility "between ABC and Anytime(the scam) with them just tossing you back and forth between them.Go on reddit and you can see this scam is a business model by the frequency of complaints. Scummy company who is bound fail during a pandemic,Hugo location is tiny with equipment crammed together.Great place to pick up a fresh batch of Covid.
