This time around signed up at Snap Fitness and when I did, I was greeted by the one and only Lauren. Told her I was here for a week and the sign up process was quick and easy! For the few minutes we had, we sure laughed a lot!! Gym facilities need people like Lauren with a positive vibe =D The next day, came in the morning, scanned in the gym card to open the front door, and the equipment was perfect for workouts for everyone. The cleanliness of the gym - 10 outta 10!! Amanda the staff member is on point when it comes to maintenance so Thank You Amanda! If anyone needs a gym when in Sedona, this is the place to be. It's been a pleasing experience overall. I've tried other gyms in the area and this one is reasonably sane and the members are very cooperative and helpful. Equipment has been solid as expected with nice outside views of the surrounding mountains and red rocks. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, secure gym that has everything you need. Under Arizona state law (House Bill 2697), gyms must allow you to cancel your membership online or via email. If a gym ignores your request, submit a complaint using the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Complaint Portal. I called them and emailed them, they are still trying to charge me. I cancelled payment to them on my CC. Now they are just accumulating dept against me....
