Freedom is one of my top values, so I love the name and what they stand for! There are lots of available classes, and you can prebook them on line to ensure you have a spot. Mid day classes tend to have more openings in case you have to pop on to the schedule short notice. I'm sad they don't have a location in Sedona! My stay in Prescott was brief, but going to Freedom Core was always the highlight of my day. Oh and the clients are great too!

Jarek is an incredible instructor and he even does private sessions. It's one of the best workouts I've ever had and I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow! They teach all sorts of different disciplines and defensive classes as well. Hello Ladies! You can never be too careful out there. It's a really empowering feeling knowing you can protect yourself. Jarek made sure I had all the moves down and it was a lot of fun, too. Did I mention that the pricing is really reasonable as well? I've already booked my next few sessions. He was even the guy who trained special forces operatives! Previously in NJ, his boxers became the NJ golden gloves and diamond gloves champions. As tough as he is, he's a super nice guy who takes a personal interest in everyone who comes to the gym. If you are strictly looking for fitness boxing, he can show you workouts that will leave you struggling to move the next day. If you are looking for defensive skills, he can teach you everything from the very basics, to the skills necessary to be an Olympic or UFC fighter, which he's coached. Jarek is an extremely classy guy who has the ability to bring out the best in you. Everything starts with safety here, and the classes are even good for children (no contact allowed) He offers private training for those who prefer them. Priced are less than half of what other world class trainers charge. I highly recommend Jarek.

Doesn't matter how old you are or what shape your in. It's about working out and having fun doing it. The place is kinda small but thats ok. The owners are extremely nice. In fact, everyone I met at Average Joe's was super nice. They give you a free class to try it out... and yes, my daughter had a blast. The owners took the time to teach my daughter how to box safely. First the foot work, then hands and then the arms. Each class is an hour. After boxing, they offered wrestling. My daughter wanted to try that too. She ended up liking the boxing practice a little better. So yeah, we will be back.

With the smaller class sizes, the teachers take the time to get to know each person, make recommendations for adjustment to maximize your workout and minimize creating potential injuries. I've tried other studios with larger class sizes and have found that the workout results were hit or miss, however at Soar, I get a great workout every time. You know it's a good workout when you can feel muscles you didn't know you had for a day or two after - and I love it! Great for any age, or any skill level.

After trying out other studios early in my Pilates journey, I realized I was not getting the true Pilates experience, nor all the benefits that it has to offer. I finally found Core Pilates, and after just a few weeks of consistency, I saw my strength, balance, and flexibility improve by leaps and bounds. Each class brings on new challenges, but in a way that is accessible and approachable. I found myself pleasantly surprised with how much I was capable of in such a short time! Nicole is a master at what she does. Her knowledge of anatomy, her attention to detail, and her cues and instruction are all top notch. The way she guides you through the flow and movements in such detail really sets her apart. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. Nicole is able to spot when even the slightest form correction is needed during class, and those corrections make all the difference in getting the most out of Pilates. Elizabeth and Christine are both excellent instructors as well. No matter who your instructor is, you are in great hands. really surprised to see so many low reviews for Espire in the Prescott mall. we've been coming here…read morefor years to get our pickle on, and have only had top-notch experiences. we usually show up on a whim and have always found a court. all of the fellow players have been friendly, in our experience. we've found the customer service to be quite good. the restrooms are always clean. the courts are pretty pristine (tho some are more ideally located than others/some courts are better for private play, some are more communal). we've even played on the outdoor courts and while the wind can give you the business out there, still had a great time. they even have a little workout area and a basketball court. if we lived in Prescott we'd get a membership here. easy parking outside the mall entrance. only thing we haven't tried is the cafe--not our scene to eat stadium food, but the menu actually looks pretty passable. a very quality spot for healthy fun in Prescott.
