We have been going here for about 1 year and are very pleased. Many daycare centers require a set…read moreschedule, but this center allows us the flexibility that we need for our changing work schedules. The kids seem happy there, and they do fun projects. Management has changed recently, and the front office seems to be running more smoothly now (although I wasn't unhappy before). Teacher turnover is probably typical for daycare centers. My children's teachers have changed a few times in the last year. But I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing, since they will have numerous different teachers once they start elementary school. If I had one complaint it would be location. I like that they aren't located right on a busy road, but there is an auto repair center right next door, which creates some environmental/air quality concerns. Overall I would recommend the facility.

I will never attend nor recommend another KinderCare again as they really led me to believe something was wrong with my son when even the pediatrician said it was terrible twos. They sent me through so many hoops to where I even had my son evaluated my a speech therapist & behavior specialist. Both were stunned he was even recommended and the behavior specialist pointed out what I had been feeling but no mother wants to admit - that they are picking on him for some reason to get him out of their establishment. This daycare does not have the patience nor the skills to handle the terrible two's, especially with toddlers who have higher energy than others. The behavior they described I have never seen in my son before, especially around other kids his age. I believe they took advantage of the fact that I was more naive and new to parenthood so for awhile I just believed and even admitted to them that I relied on them for help & guidance on how to do things... but after a while it got ridiculous and the stories were not even adding up anymore. It got to the point that the coordinators were stressing me out more than helping that I pulled him out and never looked back. My sons are now in another school with the same sized class environment & thriving. I can't believe I even had to request a parent teacher meeting when my child was so badly struggling...I should've been contacted from the get go rather than it all being brand new informations 2 months AFTER he transitioned into the toddler room. Just ridiculous, I feel bad for letting my son stay here so long when he was clearly not wanted. Shout out to Alexis in the infant room though, she was the best & we genuinely felt that she cared for the kids. The rest..... not so much.

We were quoted one tuition rate, but shortly after enrollment, it increased without warning. When I questioned it, I was told, "It's only a $50 difference, and if you can't afford it, we can unenroll them." That response was hurtful and unprofessional. Tuition is over $1,600/month for toddlers and increased again starting July, yet the meals provided are minimal, often just half a Nutri-Grain bar and faucet water. Parents also have to pay out of pocket for anything extra, making it hard to see where the high tuition is going. Despite the high cost, my son struggled during his kindergarten readiness test, unable to count to 20 or say his ABCs, basic skills I expected him to learn. I've since withdrawn him from the center. I cannot recommend this location. The care and education do not match the price parents are paying.

Infant room - Ms. Diana has been with the school over 20 years and is the most kind, compassionate teacher you could ever wish for. Our son was very attached to us, but he was always excited for drop off with Ms. Diana and the fun day of art, play, books, and buggy rides ahead. Toddler- our older son is in Ms. Bianca's toddler room. Ms. Bianca is so positive, bubbly, and friendly. The kids love her and she bring so much fun and patience to every day. The school emphasizes outdoor time and they have so many outdoor play spaces. When it is cold or rainy, they have an amazing lunch room that turns into a play area to give the kids a change of scenery. They also provide snacks and lunch! We're so happy with our choice and impressed with how much our kids are learning!

Our program teaches children to love being outside and care about nature. It is amazing how much the children learn about birds, bugs, and animals. Our three School Rules that we foster are to be safe, be kind, and be neat. The Director, Kristi, has been here 15 years . She treats her students/parents and staff like family. Therefore, she has several staff members that have worked at this school for 10+ years. I highly recommend any family looking for a preschool for your child to give it a try. The usual "chain" daycare names came up, but I didn't really want to go that route. My husband and I set aside a day to do some visits to non-chain daycares that were reviewed well and thought they were fine, but I didn't think I had found "the one." So as we drove home I did one last search and Kids Kampus came up - we called and were told we could come tour anytime so we dropped in 5 minutes later. I was immediately struck by how friendly Maria (who had answered my call) was. She gladly toured us around the center and answered our hundreds of questions - even answered some things we didn't think to ask. As we looked around, we were struck by how clean the facilities were, how well equipped every room was, the great outdoor play area, and how kind all the teachers were. But mostly we noticed how much fun the kids seemed to be having. I walked out knowing I had found the one. In 2 years, Kids Kampus has been amazing. They were fully cooperative, compliant, and glad to work with us regarding our son's food allergies. They educated themselves on food allergies, cross-contamination, worked with their outside caterer on special requests, and anything else we were concerned about without hesitation. They also accommodate his speech therapy without hesitation. I've got a little boy who is FULL of energy (and opinions) and they've always treated him as if he were one of their own. Everyone from the owners to directors to staff is patient, kind, and always go above and beyond. I have never had a moment's hesitation about my son's health, safety, or happiness in their care. And the app they use to keep track of his day is pretty cool, too! I recommend Kids Kampus to everyone who asks about high quality care for their children.
