Mr. Anderlini reached out to me even before the purchase took place and wanted to try to make things right. Then, the day he purchased the business, he reached out and arranged to have a loaner vehicle brought to me in Detroit (2.5 hours away) while my truck was taken driven back to Indiana to have the missing emergency brake installed. He also reimbursed me for what I had paid out for safety repairs: new ball joints, tie rods, and brakes (that were worn down to the metal). (Again, these issues had been identified by two separate independent repair shops that I have trusted for years.) These defects are something the previous ownership would have identified during their routine inspection. But, instead, in response to my fact-based review that I was sold an unsafe vehicle, the previous team preferred to pocket whatever modest profits they may have made on this sale and have the sales and business managers post misinformation and character assassination. I am confident that Mr. Anderlini will succeed in spreading a culture in which integrity and customer safety are consistently top values. I wish him all the best with the dealership and encourage anyone reading this review to support this business and what I trust is a newly inspired management team. Also, a shout out to Ashley who was very helpful in trying to expedite the ownership transfer paperwork to Michigan that had been held up by the dealership's vendor. SHADY SHADY SHADY!…read more the hucksters sold me a car with assurance that it had "just service with new fluids ect" in reality it had cracked belts (all), needed oil change, had NO coolant and when i added coolant started misfiring to reveal A BLOWN HEAD-GASKET for a $2.5k repair bill on a $4k used car that still has paper plates on it! all of their assurances, smiles, and kindness was a farce! I took my car in to Harold Chevy for 4 new tires. They didnt balance them. When I asked them about…read moreit, they said they did. A week later, I made them balance the tires again. But during that week of shaking, it screwed up my brake caliper. Which they then charged me almost a grand to fix. Since they were tearing that apart to replace it, I tell them to replace the pads. They tell me, we'll we won't warranty the work if you dont let us do the rotors to...which was completely unnecessary. But, sure. So I get it back from them and vow they can never touch my car again, because everytime I get it back, it comes back to me more screwed up. The next month, I have Dodge do the rear brakes and rotors. My brakes still screech, so I call dodge and have them investigate. Come to find out, Harold used cheap, garbage aftermarket parts, without my approval, and now the front pads are glazing. So I make them do an inspection. "Oh, no! No evidence of that. We'll warranty the pads for you, but were gonna charge you a bunch more money for labor." And this is to replace, for a second time. Work i already paid them to do that they did a half assed job of. And ALL these issues happened because they didnt just balance my tires to begin with....I couldnt in good conscious recommend anyone bring their vehicle here for service. If I had to guess, they're probably ordering their parts from temu and charging everyone through the nose for shit garbage parts.
