Mr. Anderlini reached out to me even before the purchase took place and wanted to try to make things right. Then, the day he purchased the business, he reached out and arranged to have a loaner vehicle brought to me in Detroit (2.5 hours away) while my truck was taken driven back to Indiana to have the missing emergency brake installed. He also reimbursed me for what I had paid out for safety repairs: new ball joints, tie rods, and brakes (that were worn down to the metal). (Again, these issues had been identified by two separate independent repair shops that I have trusted for years.) These defects are something the previous ownership would have identified during their routine inspection. But, instead, in response to my fact-based review that I was sold an unsafe vehicle, the previous team preferred to pocket whatever modest profits they may have made on this sale and have the sales and business managers post misinformation and character assassination. I am confident that Mr. Anderlini will succeed in spreading a culture in which integrity and customer safety are consistently top values. I wish him all the best with the dealership and encourage anyone reading this review to support this business and what I trust is a newly inspired management team. Also, a shout out to Ashley who was very helpful in trying to expedite the ownership transfer paperwork to Michigan that had been held up by the dealership's vendor. I took my car in to Harold Chevy for 4 new tires. They didnt balance them. When I asked them about…read moreit, they said they did. A week later, I made them balance the tires again. But during that week of shaking, it screwed up my brake caliper. Which they then charged me almost a grand to fix. Since they were tearing that apart to replace it, I tell them to replace the pads. They tell me, we'll we won't warranty the work if you dont let us do the rotors to...which was completely unnecessary. But, sure. So I get it back from them and vow they can never touch my car again, because everytime I get it back, it comes back to me more screwed up. The next month, I have Dodge do the rear brakes and rotors. My brakes still screech, so I call dodge and have them investigate. Come to find out, Harold used cheap, garbage aftermarket parts, without my approval, and now the front pads are glazing. So I make them do an inspection. "Oh, no! No evidence of that. We'll warranty the pads for you, but were gonna charge you a bunch more money for labor." And this is to replace, for a second time. Work i already paid them to do that they did a half assed job of. And ALL these issues happened because they didnt just balance my tires to begin with....I couldnt in good conscious recommend anyone bring their vehicle here for service. If I had to guess, they're probably ordering their parts from temu and charging everyone through the nose for shit garbage parts.

Took my Lincoln in to Yoder Fuller Ford as the brake booster went out. This was a part under…read morewarranty. The Lincoln was not safe to drive until this problem was corrected. First week I rented a car as I live alone and had no other means of transportation. The second week Yoder Fuller Ford had the car I was informed that they were waiting on a part to come in. At that time I asked for a loaner and was told there wasn't any available. The third week, was told they were waiting on yet another part, again asked for a loaner and none was available. THREE weeks Yoder Fuller had my only means of transportation. If I could give them 0 stars I would. After waiting two weeks I would have thought they could have asked the part supplier to over night the part in order to keep a customer happy. I understand COVID could have played a part in this, not 100%. What bothered me the most was the poor customer service, I realize I wasn't paying for this yet Ford Co would be reimbursing them. The attitude by the service department was below par, didn't seem to care at all I didn't have car. Excuses, excuses... We took the same car into Harold Chevrolet last year and the customer service was outstanding. This week I had 4 new tires put on the Lincoln by Powers Automotive in Fremont, IN. They gave me a loaner until the tires were done! Powers Automotive diagnosed the brake problem initially and told me it was under warranty and should take it to a Ford dealer. They even questioned how far I lived to come pick me up when it was done! I live about 15 -20 minutes from their store and indicated that was too far. Needless to say I will never use Yoder Fuller Ford again, especially looking for a new vehicle. I will take my business else where.

I found the truck I liked on a google search and one of the choices was Preferred Auto. Their truck was my second choice but stopped there first to check on one unit. Toyota Tundra pickup truck. Alex met us outside, but I was ready for his used car lot tactics. He was super nice, but I knew he was up to something. I told him I want to take the truck for a drive and he immediately agreed? Let me grab a plate... Ok, this guy was up to something. Heh heh, can't fool this old timer. We took the truck for a couple of hours, ran it by my mechanic. Advice from mechanic: Great truck, good price, go for it. Back to the lot... Alex met us and Jake the sales manager and then, holy shit, Jay the owner pops in! He's the dude you see on The Preferred Auto TV commercials. It was funny. Jake is his son. I made my offer, they counter offered with a vey fair price and we all shook hands. As it turned out also, my wife Lisa, knew Jay from high school, so that added another hour of shooting the breeze. I know this is my longest review. The buying experience at this car lot was so honest and upfront just super impressed me. Alex was great and thoughtful. Trust me, this is a great group of people selling cars!
