We haven't received any feedback after advising our disappointment. I'll update as follows. ***UPDATE**** 6/19/2018 Our salesman responded to an email and spoke with my wife on the phone. He apologized we received no response and said that the project coordinator was on vacation this week. We did not receive a definitive promise to have our projected completed in July but we were advised that they were working behind the scenes to try to meet our expectations any way possible. Our salesman is very polite and I think he would have been more involved if he would have known we had not received a response from our PM at this time.We tried to keep communication between us and the PM since that is the normal process with any vendor. *****UPDATE 07/09 Communication has improved greatly, a bit more transparent. They are confident they can start our project before end of month. *****UPDATE 7/10 Phil which is overseeing our project came out to go over all the details again before they start. They will actually be finished by mid next week which makes us very happy as that is a couple weeks sooner than expected. Phil was thorough and informative about the process for next week. We are excited, I'll post pics once completed.
