Which is very cool, especially if you have a busy urban schedule! Each class, you have a different teacher. So if you don't like the teaching style of someone, you are not stuck with him/her for the next 10 lessons. It last about an hour and a half. The first 30 mintures are usually some small yoga-related exercices such as breathing and relaxation. Then, you go on practicing. And, during the last 15 minutes, you have the relaxation part. You can bring your own Yoga mat, or they will offer one to you if you don't have one. In the room that I was, there also was a small shrine which included images of important leaders of most of the different religions of the world. Which I thought was very respectful considering that everyone has different beliefs. A very nice place to practice Yoga. It's about 10 minutes a walk from Metro Laurier, and well worth it!

The vibe was kind of like Baha'i center; there was a cooking class and it smelt scrumptious, a kid's yoga class has just finished so there were people of all ages. The instructor demonstrated to the class what she wanted us to do, and would quietly explain finer points in English to me by the mat, which was loaned to me and all the props I needed. Occasionally she interjected English into the class, and was incredibly gentle. Très bene! Addendum; on their schedule, they list when they have bilingual/English classes. They do hot tea in the colder months and cold tea in the heat of the summer and it's truly lovely. 3) I like the yoga. I can be super picky about yoga - I want the right blend of a workout and relaxation and I have found it here. I have been regularily attending Saturday's hot yoga class with Mackenizie and I really like this instructor's style - he makes you WORK - but also encourages people taking his class to take a rest when they need it - There is nothing worse IMO than an instructor who makes you feel ashamed for not being able/willing to do a certain pose. 4) I just like the vibe in here, it's airy and pretty and there are plants and it takes me to my zen place. Thumbs up!

My friend…read moreand I decided to go, my friend is a regular but I'm very new to yoga, let alone hot yoga, so this was gonna be interesting. I've recently started working out again now that I have more time to really dedicate to my health (no more all nighters in the library drinking iced coffees). The place itself is very clean and wonderfully decorated. Very peaceful. You enter and give your name at the front desk before heading right to the lockers. Make sure to bring your own lock if you want to secure your stuff. Also they do lend towels, water bottles, and yoga mats. I did a class with Sousou called sportive relaxation. I really liked the class, it wasn't too much and she was great at describing the steps and wasn't afraid to correct anything if she saw you weren't doing it correctly. She was very gentle and calming. I don't think I would sign up for sessions since I don't live in laval but I think it's worth checking out!

Le studio est habituellement assez achalandé et les tapis de yoga se retrouvent très proches les uns des autres mais pour l'instant la capacité d'accueil n'a pas été maximisée à nouveau pour permettre de suivre les mesures sanitaires. C'est plus agréable. Salle d'attente/de repos avec du thé, ce qui permet de terminer la séance de manière sympa. Les types de cours proposés sont assez divers. J'ai jamais été déçue et selon le besoin je choisis un cours calme et plus facile ou sportif et intense. La pratique se fait en environnement chaud donc prévoir une bouteille d'eau. J'aime beaucoup la petite serviette froide posée sur le visage par l'instructrice en fin de séance. Ça termine super bien la pratique.
