No additional comments need, "they don't have the record"so the cancellation doesn't exist! , photos attached shows their costumer service.

The way they are handling "costumer service " is horrendous and the way they are seemingly calling me a liar, just shows how unprofessional this place is. Unreal that they think this is the right course of action. Also, didn't need to waste your time letting me know not to come back, that was not necessary, I was definitely not planing on it. I have time to waste as call it, so I will be pursuing actions on my end, I am more than happy to dispute the unauthorized charges and file a complaint about the company's service with corporate.

Not the studio for me. I have a home studio i've been going to for a year now, but decided to try YogaConnection's class since the first one is free. The entry space and waiting area is cute and a decent size, with lots of seating in case you're early to class. The bathroom was also a good size and had showers and open cube lockers. What I loved and thought was really great (and something my home studio doesn't have) is an area with feminine hygiene products like deodorant, hairspray, tampons(!!!!) and even a hair straightener! It must be extremely convenient if you're heading to work or ran out of something. Theres also a lot of shoe storage cubbies near the rooms. They have two rooms: one heated, one not. I didn't go into the non-heated room, but the heated room was interesting because the floor was a rubber type mat... which I thought was a little strange and unhygienic if people are sweating a lot. However, I did like that the room had two walls of floor to ceiling mirrors, so you can keep track of your form throughout. The class itself was also.....interesting. At first I couldn't tell if there was no music because the instructor couldn't figure it out, later I realized they just play an ambient song that plays on a loop for the hour. The flow wasn't much of a flow, it was poses in succession, if that makes sense. Good: held poses for a while, building strength. Not-so-Good: poses were very basic although it was an "all-levels" class, he didn't advertise time for choices, and he did not cue poses too much either. Also, his voice was far from relaxing, and he didnt have any motivational/empowering/emotionally strengthening words during the practice as I'm used to. One of the girls I met said she's been going there for five years and basically only comes to this instructors classes........ while this studio may be great for some (especially beginners!) I won't be back.

Went to this yoga studio a long time ago and it was nothing special. I personally didn't have good vibes and the teachers weren't too friendly.... i guess it all depends on what your vibes is and what you want to accomplish UPDATE: yes i decided go write a review late because I just started actually using yelp.... and since you're in my business as to why I'm writing a yelp review...I'm writing reviews because I've recently wanted to become a yelp elite member once I heard you can get things for free at restaurants by checking in...So instead of making accusations, get your story straight like an adult. SECOND- THE PEOPLE OF THIS STUDIO LITERALLY HAVE PEOPLE HARASSING ME. THIS OLD LADY WITH 0 TIME ON HER HANDS SPENDS HER DAYS BOTHERING ME.STAY AWAY. I rather eat rotten dairy for an entire year.

WOW...!!!!! WOW..!!!!! WOW..!!!!! I AM BEYOND IMPRESSED..!!! ( YES THIS DESERVES ALL CAPS) For the past month I've wanted to incorporate Yoga to my workouts, BUT REAL YOGA..!!! Not P90X Yoga ( Nothing wrong with it) I searched for places on here and one review stood out. So I called and decided to get information. The gentlemen on the phone was very informative and advice which class I should take for beginners AND IT WAS FREE!!! DID I HEAR FREE..??? I arrived 15 mins early in the event paperwork had to be filled out. The front desk receptionist took my license showed me where the bathroom was at and told me to walk down the hall where class was going to take place. Immediately I felt like the ODD ball, everyone is flexing it making all these weird funny yet interesting twists and turns!!!! I find my spot in the back of the room like the new kid in class...lol I get settled and just wait for class to start. I notice the energy was calm I was taking it all in not really knowing what to expect. Then the Instructor. kindly approaches me and says "Hi So you're my Newbie!! Nice to meet you I'm ......(yea I forgot her name but not her cool tattoos) and I'll go over the basics and let me know if you have any questions. She brought me a block and made me feel so comfortable. Class starts and the instructors communication WAS AMAZING!!! AMAZING!!! I DID NOT FEEL LOST AT ALL, I FELT LIKE A PRO IN MY BUCKET OF SWEAT!!! The ending was the Cherry on my imaginary Sundae!!! The energy, the peace I felt was un explainable. Between the dimming of the lights and music I was in heaven, completely disconnected from suckkyy reality....yes reality can be sucky at times!!! I was in a ZONE I had NEVER experienced, I found Serenity peace, My heart felt HAPPY!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO AND THIS CLASS (HOT YOGA) I will be going back on Sunday at 4pm to take this instructors class again!!!!

Yoga Joint was like my second home and I got along great with the instructors and made sure I was super sweet to the managers and front desk employees. However, over time it became really corporate and impersonal, the classes felt like you were just part of some factory assembly line and the front desk employee turnaround really took a toll on the customer service. Last summer I received a phone call from a manager, Vanesa Gentile, stating that I should probably cancel my membership because I'm 'unsafe' for asking the front desk employees if it's their job to fix the lockers that weren't working properly as they stared at me blankly when I asked for help finding a locker that worked. After trying to discuss this with the higher ups and receiving the corporate runaround, I promptly canceled my membership. I am so glad that the staff was able to return to their safe space! I now see in other reviews below that I'm not the only person that Vanesa has asked to cancel their membership. I miss the old Yoga Joint

I knew CynthiaB from a studio I had attended regularly pre-Covid and was excited that she had opened SHINE ON YOGA but I didn't have the confidence (with my vulnerable bronchia) to attend. Flash forward three years and the body of this late-60's gal has clearly paid the price for not continuing a 10-year practice. I knew I HAD to get my joints moving again and to regain the sense of calm and rhythm that yoga can bring to one's life. I needed the nurturing of my yogi-sisters again. I started by attending some of the on-line/remote classes in the privacy of my own home. This was an excellent place to begin as I am very self conscience of the weight I've gained and my lack of flexibility. No one to see me struggle, no one to see my pudgy gut. There are many styles of yoga offered at ShineOn and I have chosen to attend those classes that are "Low & Slow" (my term) so that I don't strain this old body of mine. I am partial to the Restorative/Yin class offered on-line on Monday mornings and the Yin/Restorative flow on Thursdays, both lead by Cynthia. Both of those classes are ideal for anyone who wants to stretch those muscles and get those joints fluid, so I encourage anyone who is a little out of shape to start there. As I get stronger and more confident again, I'll start attending the 'flow' classes regularly too. Ashtanga, VInyasa and Kundalini classes are offered as well - and even some classes in Spanish! But meanwhile I'll cautiously build my practice with the gentle and nurturing "Low & Slow" classes at ShineOn. And as a result, I'll be better at practicing patience with myself too as I transition.

She was my 1st instructor who is knowledgeable great energy and for her early morning sessions keeps you smiling while making it burn! Eva - Energetic, fun, and engaging. I'm very grateful that I chose Yogi Hari's Ashram to do my yoga training…read more To me, Yoga is much more than "Asanas" and "flexibility". It's a path that leads me to a spiritual enlightenment, building the best of myself, finding my purpose of life and experiencing feelings of happiness at any time. This is what I experienced with Sampoorna Yoga. Sampoorna Yoga is integral, which fulfill different types of yoga: Hatha, Raja, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Nada. I experienced every day plenty of energy, even though I woke up everyday at 5 am and went to bed around midnight after reading my book, my body was more energized than ever. I opened my heart to receive all the wisdom given by Guru Hari and I experienced a high spiritual level. He is a book of knowledge. I am grateful of his honesty and the straightforward way he teaches. There were two intense weeks absorbing the history of the yoga, alignments and meditations. I focused myself in learning, reading and paying attention. I developed more discipline, patience and happiness. I was delighted by Rasa with her lovely voice singing mantras and playing all the instruments at the same time. Her food is deliciously amazing! I admire her, she is a hard worker during the day and elegant lady during the satsang. Rama, the teacher is pure love, disciplined, he was an inspiration for all the students. Yogi Hari's Ashram is a place surrounded by Nature and it's designed to grow up spiritually, is not for vacation to go to hang out. Far away from being a religious temple, they teach the philosophy of Yoga and essentially how to be a happy being and joyful from the inside out. I read some Reviews here in Yelp and this is my opinion... - "Accommodations offer not luxury": this is correct! Yogi Hari's Ashram instead offers plenty of deep spiritual knowledge which is impossible to find in a fancy Studio. This is not a Four Season Hotel or a vacational rental place. This is surrounded by Nature and it's designed to grow up spiritually, not to go to hang out. Life is about choosing what you like better: an organic small healthy apple or a big one full of hormones. - "The owner is a little angry man": we are free to see a reflection of ourselves in others. Most of the time we mirror our attitude in others. I think he talks direct, straight and firm. He has unlimited wisdom. It doesn't matter how a person speaks, what matters is if you have the capacity to absorbe the knowledge. Simple rule in life: Do not take it personally. We should always remember our moms, sometimes she speaks sweet and strong when is needed. - "Religious cult": this is a philosophy, far away from being religious. It doesn't matter if you are catholic, buddhist, etc. This is a path to find Enlightenment, happiness, joy and to be healthy from the inside out. I highly recommend this place. I am so glad I did it. Thank you to Yogi Hari, Rasa and Rama and the rest of my class.

I went to the Ashram for the first time this Sunday for the satsang. I was really excited, nervous,…read moreand not sure what to expect. When I arrived to the building it was really dark and I wasn't sure which door to enter. So I entered the front door. I was met with people sitting at a table eating a vegetarian meal. Yogi Hari sat at the edge of the table. I introduced myself but everyone stared at me pretty blankly. Then one girl showed me where the satsang was. During the Satsang I was one of two other new guests. He would only acknowledge the other two guests and ignored me. He asked their names and engaged with them. Someone had to bring his attention to acknowledge me but he just looked at me and didn't ask for my name like the other two women. The satsang was beautiful. Afterwards, he gave a talk on the importance of health. The first time he acknowledged me was when he looked directly at me and asked me if " i knew what a blunt was?" So weird. After the satsang he asked if anyone had questions. I asked if they had other events throughout the month. He mentioned the yoga teacher training. Then he looked directly at me and asked "ANY OTHER QUESTIONS!?" In a strange tone. When it was over everyone kneeled in front of his feet and bowed while he pat their heads. I chose not to. It was my first time there and I simply went to feel it out. I was respectful but I didn't feel called to bow at his feet. I was the only one who didn't. Then, a student wanted to give the guests a tour. I was completely ignored and I felt a lot of weird energy. All though I'm sure the yoga teachings are beneficial and the garden has many wonderful herbs like soursop leaves I would not go back. I came with an open mind and excitement to learn but I left with disappointment and confusion. I will look for another ashram that hopefully aligns with me much better
