They have…read morea weighted yoga class and you get a really good stretch and a really good workout and it is tough but in the best way you get to choose your weights so you can adjust it to what works best for you. The Teacher is amazing such a sweet person. I truly enjoy this class. It's an hour and a half long. The studio is so cute. They provide all your props, which is super helpful and very convenient. I don't get to make this classes as much as I would like but every time I do, I'm so happy that I went.
