Somehow I got both an email confirming our in person appointment and an email saying I ould receive a link tomorrow for the online appointment. They will not pick up the phone when I call and I was not given the chance to leave a message. I loved it so much that I have attended several of these in the past few years. When i moved to Houston I inquired about the Art of Living workshops and have been a regular attendee since 2009. I find these workshops to really help me remain happy inspite of my stressful work life. I work as an engineer and I often have to put up with deadline submissions and unwilling clients. Prior to attending these workshops I used to get tensed easily but after learning breathing techniques taught here I feel much more relaxed and at ease. Absolutely love coming here!

While I was in Houston, I used visit this Center for the free weekly followup sessions and also the meditation sessions. Its an awesome place to learn profound breathing techniques, meditation and practical wisdom for life. Its really well kept, and has a nice peaceful vibration. My highlight has been the Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique, but there are so many more aspects to the Art of Living. The volunteers and instructors here are really friendly and helpful. Overall, love the place!
