So, it makes total sense that his treatment is complemented by the easy access to a whole range of different yoga classes. They offer everything from restorative yoga to special yoga sessions for prenatal yoga. Whether you are a beginner or you consider yourself a seasoned practitioner, you will definitely find a class that suits you. I love the beginner yoga class! The studio is warm and inviting and all of the instructors are patient. While they each have their own unique style, they all make the practice accessible to anyone, regardless of your skill level. During the pandemic, due to restrictions to in person classes, they have been offering virtual classes. I think it is awesome that they found a way to continue to offer yoga to so many people. In fact, it provides the opportunity for so many of us to participate that might not otherwise be able to go to the studio. Though the instructor there saw it and I sent the screenshot to the owner, he stated I could file a complaint as it's Groupon's fault for allowing me to purchase another one.. the FINE print does NOT say only 1 could be purchased! In fact, it has a large " Buy It Again" on the Groupon! Also, I don't believe they clean the floors at all in between classes, as I arrived when people were coming out and we could just straight in and set up. If you're a beginner to yoga, you'll definitely want to set up in the back where you can watch the more experienced people to know what to do. The instructor does do a good job talking through the poses, though doesn't necessarily demonstrate. Still great talking through what to do!

i've really enjoyed classes at the yoga barn. i started with a slow flow class as i've not done…read moreyoga for many years (at least 15 at this point) and i'm coming back with several debilitating health conditions. it was a little *too slow* for my personal taste, but i've found their vinyasa flow class to be perfect for my medical limitations. the instructor Nicole is incredible. she does a really incredible job with her flows and she's very aligned with teaching for all levels in one breath. i am coming up on the end of my 5 class pack and will definitely be purchasing another class pack. it's (obviously) a barn sized building, and the room itself isn't too large - i'd say medium large. there is a bathroom i haven't used but it does require stairs so just FYI for accessibility. they did have a service dog in our class today, and for those who need that it's very welcomed!
