I believe this is the connected Tree Pose.

We had a great time at yoga Kai! Our instructor was very knowledgeable, patient, and even took time at the end to take individual pictures of us in our favorite poses on the boards. I have minimal exposure to yoga and my boyfriend has never done it, and it was still a great experience. Don't need to be a Master Yogi or pro surfer to enjoy this experience! I would encourage anyone with the faintest interest to go and try it out! We did the sunrise in the Waikiki area. It got a little busy in the area we were in, but I would assume Sunset would be even more busy.

My mom and I did a glowga class and we both loved it! Our instructor, Julie, was incredibly nice and helpful. There was a bit of commotion from the surrounding area, but it didn't take away from the experience at all. It was nice and relaxing, we enjoyed feeling the water underneath the board. I would definitely do this again!

I took my first SUP yoga class with Julia at Ala Moana and it was amazing. It's a great all body workout to balance on the paddle board(which was very wide and comfortable) while floating in the water and my core was engaged the whole time, which I don't always engage during yoga on land. I had no trouble following Julia's calming and thorough instructions and I never felt lost or rushed. She even took extra time to take individual pictures of everyone on their boards after class which was very thoughtful. It was overall a great experience and I can't wait to go back and try the evening class!

I had so much fun over president's day weekend. I did 2 SUP yoga classes and had s great experience. Nice instructors. Slow flow sequence. Great incorporation of water throughout the practice. I hope to go back and do it again!

This was the first time for me and my husband at SUP yoga. We were honestly a bit intimidated at first but it turned out to be a great experience. We are not yogis but wanted to try it since we were in Hawaii surrounded by the beautiful ocean scenery. You don't have to be athletic to do this (trust me, neither of us are coordinated or fit). We were in shallow water and could modify the yoga poses to our ability. They also take pictures which was really cool.

Johnathan was our instructor for our SUP yoga class. It was the perfect way to start the day. My friend and I had never done SUP yoga before. We thought that we would fail but Johnathan guided us through each pose perfectly and gave us great pointers to help us stay balanced on the board. We even got to do a little photoshoot after class. I would definitely recommend this for everyone. Thank you Jonathan for an amazing experience.

I love yoga, I enjoy practicing everyday, so on vacation I thought why not on water? I had a wonderful time. Paddle yoga, was relaxing and challenging at the same time. Such a great yoga company. Very friendly, I was not able to make my original scheduled class, and when I contacted to change the date it was easily. My yogi instructor was fun, I enjoyed her flow. When I return to Hawaii, ill definitely take a class or two..

Stand up paddle board yoga was such a fun experience. First time no problem! they modify movements to allow everyone to enjoy themselves. I've taken the class a couple times, as a couples day and a girls day, everyone love it. Definitely recommend.

Getting ready to head out for my first time doing sup yoga!

I got to attend my first class at the new studio in Haleiwa and the teacher was amazing exactly, what I would expect from this business. I felt safe practicing because the studio had a big open air garage door. It is really beautiful to be inside but feel like you're outside with nature being what you see during your session. My Google maps didn't take me to the right address, so I recommend using Apple Maps. It could've just been my phone. Mary is wonderful and I appreciate how much effort she puts into helping people use their passes that they had bought before the pandemic. I'll be back with the zoom class on Wednesday.

In a small unassuming strip mall, you'll find a simple studio with invaluable (valuable beyond estimation) treasure. From my first visit, covered in dirt, Keri welcomed me. When I came in without a mat, she matted and toweled me (I recommend you bring a towel though, we get sweaty). When I was sick of having my hair tied back all day, I let her loose. I'm not sure if she realized how much that meant to me, but Keri made me feel comfortable in my full expression and continues to. All instructors I've been graced by have encouraged proper alignment, which shows true care in their role as gentle guides. I've been practicing yoga since 2008 and it's really special to find this space. I've really been enjoying my fellow students, too. A real community, aloha brewed.

I attended a retreat in Nicaragua last month at AQUA Wellness. The retreat was hosted by Wind River's founder, Darcie Peck. The majority of attendees were regulars at Wind River. Being a random Canadian, I knew no one and only had a rough idea for what to expect for yoga practice. I was not disappointed. Darcie is an AMAZING yoga teacher. She is very good at bringing in the more spiritual aspects of practice while still giving you a good work out. Her classes were fresh and different every time we practiced. I left each practice feeling as though something inside of me had moved, shifted just a little, and at the end of the week I felt truly transformed. I hope to be able to actually visit Pinedale and Wind River Yoga sometime in the near future as Darcie's classes were truly a yoga experience unlike any other I have had, and I MISS that and NEED that on a more regular basis! I really do feel Pinedale is fortunate to have this place which is why I felt the need to write this review!
