The teachers here have all been excellent-however the owner doesn't seem to be able to keep anyone since I've come here for more than a year now the turnover has been astonishing. The truest reason I am changing my review is that over time-the heating system in this studio has proven that it has no humidity control and this is Florida-already soooo humid. Last summer when I practiced I ended up with heat stroke for the first time after close to two decades practicing. I decided to stop going for the entire summer because I didn't want that to happen to me again. I waited until late October and started to bring my own temperature and humidity gauge. That's when I discovered that more often than not the humidity is over 70% when it's supposed to be 40%. The heater obviously isn't working as the studio owner placed a large free standing space heater inside as a "quick" fix because the room wasn't getting hot enough during winter. Welp, just spent the last few days sick as a dog with a fever again from this place. I saw my own gauge and other people leaving class. I couldn't make it to final breathing. I texted the owner-who never answers her phone or calls back. I texted her Sunday when it happened. She didn't text me back for three days and I will share all her texts here as not one even asked "how are you feelings?". This woman shouldn't own a yoga studio. And this place is absolutely not a safe space for practice when the temperature and humidity are not regulated. I asked her to invest in a dehumidifier which seemed to me like it would be right up her alley since it's a small plug in investment. Instead of actually doing research or trying a dehumidifier or discussing it with any of her teachers-the teacher I told I was sick immediately after class and showed her the humidity even agreed that she has worked in a studio that used one and it worked wonders. Dismissed completely. Not one question about my health either. Not one. Very telling. Never going back. This studio is NOT SAFE And I just noticed that yesterday she refunded the one class I had left so she was dismissing me read more

So so so great! I am so happy I was able to find this GEM here in Miami! I came to visit for a week and visited the studio twice. First time I was not prepared (didn't bring my card) and they don't have apple pay. Christina the instructor for Friday was extra thoughtful and so helpful she helped me figure out a way to check in and pay for my class to make sure I would be able to join. The class was absolutely amazing, very clean studio with great natural light and on point guidance. Came back this morning and had yet again great experience, different instructor but just as great, so calming, so inspiring, I left the class feeling light and definitely detoxed hehe. First time doing Bikram, and it could not have exceeded my expectations any more! David helped me get signed up, toweled, and rented a mat as I forgot mine. I even forgot my water bottle and he got me a cup for the class! Amazing care and service. This studio has now changed names. The classes are "ok" but, to be clear, they are not Bikram. They have redecorated the studio and it looks very nice. At the end of class they give you a eucalyptus scented towel, which is also a nice touch. The studio was renamed to B Yoga and now it's Yoga Makes Me, although neither of those names are listed and this is the location and photos of the studio (with different paint) BUT the front desk and overall service is TERRIBLE. The people are NOT welcoming at all and completely unfriendly. I brought my husband to try a class once and the woman at the front desk didn't even say hello to someone new coming in. Later he asked the front desk lady a question and she didn't even look up from her phone to answer. I went back another time to give the studio a second chance. Again I was met with this unwelcoming attitude. While these people teach yoga poses they don't embody yoga spirit. The service here is not good, which I'm venturing to guess is one of the reasons for the constant name changes and management changes I suppose. read more

Was decide to try just one class for $25 or 30 days for $ (cant remember ) they give you option after ur first time and I sign up for 30 days. No reason for pick this one, I am just a hot yoga fan and this location is fairly close Some Reviews are right, and normally I took two stars off. But others Add up and overcome this. no customer service here, front desk white girl was in her yoga high that she has the attitude of care less The studio deserve some credit tho, very roomy and clean and the light is beautiful. Also with showers And Out of no where comes a chihuahua. I am a dog lover I don't mind but people came out from hot room and may not have their head straight and step on this poor little thing. Just saying On my first class, Most people I see are the "fancy" kind, super skinny white girls, gays, fit as fuck and someone should give them a sandwich kind. No senior, no chubby fat ass. The instructor has strong personality, normally I will try to skip. but his superb yoga skill is what made me shut up and just do it Overall it's another studio in my neighborhood . yes the temperature is not in in the high side but the price is lol Worth it or not? This is the best studio! I have lived in many cities and when I moved here I realized this is the best. Anna Z. and Gonzalo Veronesi are outstanding bikram teachers! After reading all the bad reviews I decided to try it anyways. Honestly, I don't know why someone would leave a bad review for this place. First of all, it's a renewed studio, I was there before and it was nice but now its great. It doesn't smell as someone mentioned , and I always complain about smells. Yes, maybe closer to the end of the session people start to smell, but it's definitely not the studio. Also, everyone were saying how bad the front desk girl was, I guess everyone expected rose pedals on the way to the studio. The girl was super friendly and helpful. After I checked in, I was able to get a free water bottle because I forgot to bring mine. So make sure to check in! I love Bikram Yoga, it's hard for me and 90 minutes is not easy to handle even if I would just sit in there , but if I had to pick yoga class it definitely would be hot yoga. I been to Miami Beach hot yoga places and they all follow the program as its supposed to be, so I don't know why people complain, that they don't do something or it's different. My first and the only Bikram place. I have been going to this place for more than 3 years. My body, my live had changed for better. All the instructors are very nice and helpful. It's a clean and cozy studio. They provide all you need to take the first class: mat, towel and great attitude. There is a free filtered water fountain, different fresh made juices and tea. This year there were some extra classes added. Its shorter (1 hour) in warm room, no heat but very intense which makes you work out, sweat and stretch at the same time. After coming to this studio for the past few months, I had always had a nice experience. On a morning I was off from work, I decided to take the 9:30 am class. I hadn't been to class in a few weeks and I got very dizzy during class. I stayed in and tried to breathe but every time I stood up I felt like passing out. When I stepped out to get some air, I was told by a Russian girl working there that I should not leave the class. I explained I was dizzy and when I finally felt better I went back in. I had an 11 am appointment and had to leave early too. On my way out, the same girl proceeded to tell me that if I needed to leave early, I shouldn't come to class at all. I definitely do not come to class to be belittled, shamed or told what I can or cannot do when I am PAYING to be there. That being said, I will not ever be returning to this studio, and thanks to your rude and pretentious staff member, you have lost me as a customer. read more

I miss coming here and had to stop because I didn't have a sitter but I can't wait to start going again! It's very clean & peaceful... teachers walk you through the entire class. After moving back from Colorado I couldn't ever find a good studio. I lost over 9 years of practice. If you are looking for a good studio in miami area do visit this place. Miami is a great place but we have some divas type that feel they need to be spoiled as if they were babies . For me the most important is the cleanliness of the studio and how the room get heated. I have been coming here last few years and I must say this is the best studio in town. They recently updated the studio and it has a modern/contemporary feel with cool art pieces and lightings. They offer a variety of classes such as Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Sculpting and Pilates. The ambience is clean, soothing and relaxing. The bathroom is like a spa facility. The teachers are amazing and occasional guest teacher from out of town is exciting as well. After finishing a class, they offer a cold chilled lavender infused wet towel and it makes you feel like you are in heaven. Definitely a worth try!!! read more

Great, healing system conducted by such 'conscious' staff. Each of the instructors has a different style - but each style works! They are all so patient and knowledgeable and seem to really want each class member to excel. The heat is not unbearable, either, not unlike a hot tropical day without a/c...I've been in saunas and hamams that were much more extreme. The space is clean, uncluttered and full of light. The different pricing programs are structured for all to participate. As a first timer I actually began seeing palpable progress during my third week in. Highly recommend! read more

VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE...Arrived 2 minutes late, they closed the door in my face and gave me the cutoff signal. They were within the 1st minute of class, Thats Too Harsh. There was no mention of an apology, or come back later. No niceties. To get that attitude after i drove from Hollywood and prepaid, and their studio has almost no one in it, Shame On Them!! This was only my 2nd Hot Yoga experience and it couldn't have been better. They just recently opened and everything is so clean and fresh and there was a great positive energy from everyone I met. They have an experienced group of instructors and the owner, Jenny was great at talking with me about what to expect and how to get the most out of it for myself as a beginner. Although she wasn't teaching this particular class that day, she even did the class with us beginners to serve as our visual reference to each of the postures. The class itself was a mix of all experience levels which was fun. Colorful, clean bathrooms and showers. They are currently offering several different discounted packages as part of their grand opening including a year of unlimited classes for $700 or a first-timer intro pass that includes 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $29. I gave them 5-Stars, not just because of the nice studio facilities, but more importantly for their attention to me and making this such a positive experience. read more

It was my first time experience in hot yoga. Stuff is friendly, but time spent for explanation for a new client took about 2 min. Not enough I think. Well it's really kinda hard to breeze at the first time doing hot yoga so I think it needs to be a little more explanation how to act when you feel dizziness. Another most important thing for me As soon as I walked into a studio the sweat smell almost knocked me off the feet. No jokes. I looked around and really thought like no one even noticing the stinky smell. But 49$ special first month definitely will bring more clients. I am regular Bikram Yoga practitioner and I made NMB yoga my home studio even when I had a closer studio in Aventura. The place in general, the hot room, the restrooms are always neat and clean. The studio has a nice design and awesome energy. The hot room has good temperature control, high ceilings and a plastic carpet floor that makes it less disgusting dealing with the community sweat. The teachers are very friendly and knowledgable. They also have other fun activities sometimes like special yoga classes, paddleboard yoga, fundraising classes, etc. This is truly a nice place, it is really worth visiting the studio and also a good place to check Bikram yoga out for the first time. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff and owners are incredibly welcoming and nice, the place is always spotless, smells great (a BIG plus for a Bikram studio), and it's in a nice area. My practice has improved a lot since I first began working out here in October. It's a no-judgement zone so people of all shapes and sizes come in to work on their health and everyone gets along, there is no competition. Instructors push students but only to improve their postures/poses. They really know what they're doing. Overall, wonderful and highly recommended. :) read more
