Purposely double books room so that you get canceled out and has to refund you on a paid pass. Actively tries to get you to cut ties with studio if she has an issue with you. I always look forward to the cool lavender towel at the end of class. Classes are heated at different temps... hot but not too hot. This is my favorite place for yoga.
