Everything was clean they have bathrooms where you can change or use the facilities. The check-in desk was in a really nice clean open spot like area. The room I practiced in was also very big and open and have lots of space, but it was a packed class. I went for the original 26 in hopes that it was a Bikram style yoga. The website did say that there were some variations to a traditional class. There were more variations than I prefer. I live in Orlando and I'm able to go to traditional Bikram classes regularly and they are my preferred type of yoga so this one was a little bit different than what I like to do and I did not go back. The teacher was friendly and seemed to know a few students so if you went regularly, you would feel welcomed I believe. They do also have a good new student promotion

Driving to the studio, I started to feel butterflies in my gut because I wasn't sure I was going to catch onto the moves fast enough. But I wasn't going to let those butterflies get to me. I let my guard down and wanted to try something new!! Pulling into the parking lot, I liked how there was private parking in the front of the studio. I suggest backing into the parking spot because it would be easier to get out after class. (I personally didn't this time - but next time I will) Walking into the studio, the kick-ass vibe was immediately felt. I was greeted with a warm welcome, brief outline of what to expect, where stuff is and how everything runs. The atmosphere was pretty cool... blue neon lighting, flashing lights, music thumping and positive attitudes from everyone! The class was represented accurately. Simple dance moves with high energy cardio. Once you start forgetting about how the steps are done and get into the beats of the music, the dancing becomes second-hand movements. This class is not as structured and not as traditional, but it is a good shift. It's not so far from the traditional 26 and two that you get lost, but it does have some sections where you can do alternative poses or add vinyasas if you prefer. I really really liked the teacher who was also the owner. She has a really good energy and was really helpful and kind to me when I got there and talked me through how the class would go since it was not what I'm used to. I look forward to being able to go again while I'm in town for work. I would also like to try some other classes at the studio because it's really nice and opened an airy and I think it's got a really great vibe.

The instructors are super sweet and friendly. There is a diverse offering of classes that will make yogis and yoginis of all skill levels feel at home. The teachers are great at offering modifications and classes are intended to be individualized and for oneself rather than an athletic competition (though you're bound to feel the burn!) I especially love Yin yoga, which is half meditation, half holding long deep poses. It takes a lot of determination and focus, and works wonders on my anxiety. I also love regular flows and hot classes. One great thing about this studio is that you can book online via a seamless foolproof system.

Clearly, a timely response to paying customers by management is an issue judging by all these reviews....... ***I'm now being hounded to pay a $25 fee from last April, or the bill will be sent to collections. The manager Josh was extremely rude and not helpful. Avoid this place at all costs, you seem to get treated like trash if you don't fit their mold. Why am I being hounded for a fee that you've waived for other members? I was told to give my card information over the phone so they can charge me, and got nothing but sass and attitude from the manager. Extremely poor customer service seems to be the go to here.
