Reserve ahead of time on their website which is under the same name. Speaking of their website, it's a great tool to research ahead of time which yoga session (they offer 6 different genres) to choose on their home page with a full description of each category. If you are new to this location, make sure you take the time to fill out a registration form so you are all check-ed in. Clean mats, and weights for Iron Yoga, are provided so no big deal if you forget to bring your own.
Hot yoga is this place's forté, as a majority of the classes offered include the cranked-up heat. The space is intimate and has a capacity limit of approximately 35-40 people, which leads back to my point of reserving online before dropping by. I went a few weeks ago for Iron Yoga and as I reflect on my experience, I can say with confidence that it was worthwhile and effective. Mallory delivered clear leadership and provided guidance on posture with excellent direction. The heat added to this session gave an extra oomph that regular weight-training lacked, but be sure to hydrate ahead of time and afterwards. My limbs were very sore the next day, leaving me feeling gratified.
I highly recommend Yoga Projekt.
