I hate hot summer weather 90s+, but I absolutely love these infrared saunas. I'll take it over the hot outdoors any day. Also, you can workout 24/7. So even if you have a weird schedule they're always "open" for members. Worried you get bored easily? This is for you! There are a multitude of sessions to choose from and the virtual instructor videos for each change out pretty often on a set rotation. The saunas (yes, saunas!) are set up with ISO workouts on one side and HIIT workouts on the other. There are 8 saunas. Your ISO workouts consist of Hot ISO, Hot Buns (glutes and legs focus), Hot Bands (arms and upper body focus), Hot Barre None (Barre without the bar), Hot Core, Hot Pilates, Hot Warrior, and Hot Stretch. All of them will give you a full body workout and trust me you'll earn the burn. For HIIT you have Cycle, Blast, and Thunder (rowing). All of them are great. Quick 15min time blocks so you can easily squeeze in two workouts in 30min. I personally like to do a few HIIT sessions or a HIIT and an ISO, but they're all great on their own. There is also the FX zone with weights and machines for you to add additional strength training if you desire. I've lost over 120 pounds over the last three years and though I do have some loose skin I'd credit the consistent workouts and infrared sauna with helping to lessen that. I have experienced several reiki practitioners before Tulsi, and none of them spent as much time with me outside the actual reiki session. After being unhappy with failed attempts at traditional therapists, I decided this past January to reach out to Tulsi for her life coaching services. I wanted someone that I felt like spoke "my language," and I have found that with Tulsi. She understands the mind, body, spirit connection. So far, I have had 7 sessions with her that have been specifically designed for my needs. These sessions have included meditation, hypnotherapy, coaching, and reiki. Again, the thing that stands out to me the most about Tulsi is the amount of time she spends with me during each session. She also follows up each session with an email detailing the things we discussed and how I can further my healing on my own time. Tulsi thinks about all of the small things. She gives me the tools I need to continue my therapy at home. I have spent many years trying to gain emotional and mental stability through traditional therapy and prescription drugs. I have found that I feel a hundred times better using more holistic methods. Tulsi's spirit is warm and inviting and is is obvious that her work is her soul's passion. She puts in so much positive energy into every small detail. I am so grateful that I found Tulsi to guide me through the healing process and developing habits that will benefit me for the rest of my life. I want to emphasize what everyone is saying about not being able to book a class. This is so true…read morebut what is really disturbing is that they don't care. I would go in to try and talk with someone about the issue and was told repeatedly that the manager would be giving me a call to work something out. Of course I never received a call. When I took the intro class and signed up I asked about class availability and was told they don't have an issue with that- ha ha- joke was on me for believing them. RUN as fast as you can from this place.
