They're all unique and have their own vibe so it's great to tailor to the different types of yogis in the community. Very good at tailoring to those at all levels. The room is smaller than some of the other yogasix studios locally, but it feels a lot nicer of a community. They have special events occasionally that are included with just attending the studio and also workshops you can pay extra for. Members always get a discount on merch and workshops. Cute clothes and quality mats! I have to stoo myself from buying things on sale, and there's always a sales rack. Really fun community. I only wish I was able to attend more often but even with a busy work schedule they have class times that are flexible with and support that. I'm glad I signed up with a founder's discount when they first opened earlier this year they do special promotions throughout the year too and Kelsi & Sydni as GM & AM are really friendly and accommodating!

Doona is extremely knowledgable and she can guide you through various yoga poses and explain the benefit of each pose in detail and what are the benefit of each pose is and show you how the poses can be done correctly. It is really hard for any instructor to correct your mistakes in group classes and by doing one on one with Doona, the yoga practitioner can really understand the purpose of the yoga workout and to fine tune his/her practice. A big thank you to Doona and I just wanted to say that I am very impressed on what you thought me in mere one hour. I look forward to continue refining my yoga practice with your help. With this offer I was able to jump start my wellness journey with my hubby. I started with reformer Pilates. Loved the Pilates mat class with Sheri who is a fun free spirited soul! I fell in love with their yoga classes. First, they offer quality instructors such as Suzy Gill for candlelit yoga, yoga flow, Emily Morrison for flow and power classes, Danielle J who does a mean Friday night power flow, yin yoga and sound with Christine is also a rejuvenating treat. My hubby also liked these classes someone who's not done yoga in the past. Also loved Daniel Heads Saturday hot yoga classes but it was obvious that everyone else did as the class was also SO FULL! I come here thinking "I'm so blessed to be here!" Thank you Live Metta!!! So glad they take ClassPass as well for their mat classes! Wish they also offered the reformer classes on ClassPass.
