About 2 years ago I came to human computer to get my AIO water cooler replaced and also have all my components switched to a new case, john was helpful and responsive. Within a couple of days my computer was ready and I picked it up and the computer worked without any problems. Fast forward to the present, I decide to upgrade my CPU and motherboard myself, and while disconnecting the AIO water cooler from the CPU I find that the worker left the protective film on the AIO heat conducter with thermal paste on it! The plastic even says "REMOVE BEFORE INSTALL" , so For the past two years my CPU has been presumably been throttling itself and lowering the performance due to this plastic protective film inbetween the CPU and cooper AIO. I understand we are humans and make mistakes but I still think this is unacceptable from a professional computer repair shop. read more
