It's busy, a bit chaotic. Lots of newbies, travelers, members and fellow ClassPass app wanderers (booking was smooth, no drama). I took a mat Pilates sculpt class in the infrared room (heated to a casual 92 degrees (you're gonna sweat your ass off) Absolute ass kicker and I loved it . You can modify and go at your own pace, but don't come in thinking this is a light stretch and vibe situation. The reformer room is warm too, just not infrared. Also, the space? Stunning. Candlelit, Himalayan salt wall arches, perfectly organized equipment -- it's giving fitness cathedral and I'm here for it.The music is loud and the playlist was amazing . I didn't have any issues hearing instructor , her mic was also loud and clear . Logistics: no showers and parking is... a bitch . Plan ahead. They do validate, but the lot is crazy and currently under construction in front ( you actually enter through the back part of building) . That said, the plaza is worth exploring everything , coffee, vintage, food, all the things. Lockers, rentals, water, and dangerously cute merch are all covered. Bonus points for a genuinely diverse crowd and men and women, which I love. Jungle is officially on my favorites list. Pro tip ; If you have knee & wrist issues like myself ,bring a cushion.

This is one of the nicest Planet Fitness locations I've experienced. There are lots of different workout machines and separate areas. I also love that I can use their self locking locker since I usually forget to bring my own lock. I got the "black card" plan, so I also have access to 2 different types of massage chairs and an infrared room. They host some basic group strength training and stretching classes. I appreciate that because I enjoy group training a little more than just training by myself. So far, everything is clean and neat (fingers crossed that it stays that way). Currently, this spot is also adequately staffed (again fingers crossed). Plenty of parking, a spacious clean, well laid out gym, friendly staff, a nice app, and lots of other amenities - I'm in!

Upon arriving, I had an inner calling to check out Yoga studios around the area. After reading such lovely reviews about Zen Hot Yoga, I immediately jumped in my car and drove to the facility. As soon as I walked in, I was filled with so much positive energy and hope, having really no idea what I was signing up for. Well let me tell you - I made the best decision of my life!! From meeting the amazing owner, to the phenomenal, passionate and highly skilled trainers, to participating in an 1800min 10 day challenge - I've concluded that Yoga will be part of my life, for the rest of my life! I would sign up for the annual membership without hesitation if I had not already made plans to move. I HIGHLY encourage anyone, regardless of age, skill, fears or setbacks to sign up for a class. The online app makes it easy to schedule classes and the instructors and regular participants help you so you can become more knowledgable, skilled and confident with the postures within little to no time. Ecstatic dance with Laura is phenomenal! She's a beautiful soul and her playlist always takes you on a beautiful ride. Love the way this class makes me feel and truly gives meaning to the "dance like no one is watching". Rachel's meditation and breath work is insanely relaxing and a PERFECT way to end ecstatic dance on Wednesday. She does this beautiful exercise with a candle that at my last session, had me flooded with emotions. Rachel's voice is the perfect tone for relaxation too! Pav yogas classes are small and it's very intimate but not intimidating. Everyone I have brought has been overwhelmed in her teaching techniques and the unique little studio in historical building down town Weatherford. Plus, I signed up for one month of unlimited classes for $89. That's a great value. I love hot yoga, but sometimes the room can get stuffy. Not here. It's just the right temperature and the class ends with a clean cool washcloth on your forehead during Shavasana. Loved it! Can't wait to come back.
