I love CorePower! I visited the first time on ClassPass and fell in love the first class. I signed myself and my husband up for a free week the next day and we've been to several classes together. I have never sweat more in my life! The environment is upscale and very friendly and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable, uplifting, personable, and genuine. Locker rooms are well stocked with amenities, even hair bands if you forgot one! Pro-tip: It's best not to wear make up at all because you'll likely sweat it all off, but if you do, make sure you bring make up remover to clean it off after class and your make up to redo it if needed. read more

I assumed it would be a nicer studio bc of the location but it's the worst yoga studio i have ever been too. Classes were super overcrowded, literally no space to do a few of the moves. They charge enough, but i think they are trying to squeeze every dime; they should limit the classes. The instructor was not visible from the middle to back of room and so not only could you not see her, you had to follow the person in front of you and often then not she was doing something different than the person next to her. The music is loud and their mic speakers are not, so you cannot hear anything the instructor is saying, leaving you to just guess for the entire class. (They have enough people, why doesn't management invest in some update mics for her trainers???) Instructor walked around a lot, but never to correct anyone's form; I honestly don't know what she was walking around for. But she hardly did any of the moves so it was poorly instructed. C45 (their main offer) is definitely not a yoga class either it's more like a HIIT class. They really need to take just a few seconds and add descriptions to their classes. It's really not that hard and several people have suggested this in the past from what I can read. But the worst thing? The smell. It was absolutely disgusting in there. It wasnt so bad standing up but as soon as you laid down, the smell was overpowering. Im guessing they used dirty mop water or never mopped at all and everyones sweat was layer ok the floor. I literally had to leave during the stretching part bc i could not stomach lying down in that gross stench. I am not sure why the location is so popular, maybe because some of these young girls don't know that there are better studios that offer more elevated experiences. But definitely would not recommend this studio. It is just disgusting. read more

This organization is not aligned with the core values of yoga. Their studios do not foster inclusivity or genuine respect for Black, Brown, or White people who believe in the unity of all humans. Yoga is rooted in union, liberation, and compassion--not exclusion, hierarchy, or quiet hostility. Any studio operating this way should not brand itself as "yoga," because what they offer is the opposite of unity. read more

I've been going for a few weeks now and wanted to give it a real chance before reviewing. I've tried many different gyms over the years and maybe it's changed across the industry, but I just am not extremely impressed. The gym is kind of run down and the customer service was just okay. My first class was met with little explanation and no support or check in from the instructor, which is fine since I'm not a beginner, but still disappointing. The actual workout is very good though, which gives them an extra star. A few of the instructors are amazing (JIM!!) but others are just not very great. They're all high energy, but it doesn't feel very authentic. Also, I did one of the donation based community classes in support of pride and the instructor didn't mention LGBTQ+ at all. Just said "it's for suicide prevention in youth." Fine, if you don't support the queer community, but don't teach that class then? Just has left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

This place used to be THE BEST for hot yoga but it's just become mainstream and boring. The rooms used to be super hot, making a sculpt class challenging and rewarding. But now I feel like the class isn't even heated. The studio looks a bit run down and for the price of your monthly membership, I'd hope it would include some extra amenities like a hairdryer in the bathroom. read more

It's great that they offer a free week to try out different classes.... and if you want to do a yoga class mat-to-mat with your neighbors. Unfortunately, that is not how I like to enjoy my yoga so it was an easy decision to pass on this studio. I get that the class attendance numbers fluctuate but I went at literally all different times of the day (and throughout the week) and not once was it not a crowded class. I always arrived early because I didn't want to be the reason why everyone had to squish closer in order to get a mat down. The instructors will ask several times for people to get closer together to accommodate, which is great but again not for the aforementioned reasons. I tried yoga for the first time at this studio!! Everyone here was so amazing. They talk you through the class, in such an encouraging way. So even if you don't know anything or you are out of shape you still feel very comfortable. It was a very positive experience and I can't wait to go back! My first class was Hot Fusion. I knew it was heated but it's really a lot of the Bikram poses. This was not my favorite class though because I got burned out on Bikram in the past so I could still hear my Bikram instructor yelling the poses - LOL. However, Yoga Sculpt is the other class we had the opportunity to take in our first week - we had two different instructors for the two sculpt classes we took. Both were challenging. Once instructor said the class was kind of like a roller coaster and we did feel that way, heart goes up, then down, then up and up then down, then an upside down twist, then down and up....The next instructor we had didn't seem as much this way but maybe because we had taken the format before. We left drenched (I'd recommend bringing clothes and showering there since you'll be drenched - unless you take the C1 non heated class). It was definitely a great workout and unlike any other yoga class I've taken in Fort Worth. They also have a good selection of mats (bring your own or rent one there) and workout clothes. read more

I love CorePower! I always come ready for a good sweat, and I get just that. It also helped with my cardio and toning out my body. The staff / instructors are also very friendly! My only complaint is the price. CorePower is quite expensive and it is hard for me as a college student to afford the monthly membership. read more

I did the week free trial and it was the most energizing, revitalizing week of my life. I do heavy weight training, high intensity interval and circuit training and these classes were EXACTLY what I needed for a week of active recovery. I have seen a HUGE improvement in my posture, core strength, and flexibility and I have learned several new balancing poses along with learning how to incorporate core strength into these balancing poses. I recommend for anyone who lifts/trains/wants to live life feeling incredible. STAY HYDRATED and be sure to bring a mat and towel after the first day! Also had wonderfully clean/heated locker rooms for men and women and lots of cute clothes on sale For those with no yoga experience, they are very patient! I have tried all of the yoga and workout studios around Fort Worth and nothing beats Corepower. The yoga sculpt is such a hard and intense workout but you start seeing the results quickly, and the corepower 2 is a good way to stretch. Anthony and Nicolette are such a power team and I love seeing them both - it's hard with their energy not to want to push yourself. If you love spin, yoga or bikram, you'll absolutely love corepower. Additionally - I have always struggled with getting a more toned butt and corepower did the trick!! read more

What a beautiful studio! The staff was very friendly, the teacher was encouraging and experienced, and the class kicked my butt. I went to the C2 class (yoga experience recommended) and was not disappointed. I have been doing yoga off and on for years and was quite challenged. Classes for all levels are offered. Great yoga studio. I've had memberships in at least five different cities for years at a time and none of them compare to this studio. I'm out of town and can't go here regularly but the week I had there was amazing. There is such a great variety of yoga here. The instructors all leave their egos at the door and just focus on the students and the needs of the class. The personal touch was really special for me. I've done yoga on and off for years but had never found my yoga home in Fort Worth, largely because it was so hard to find a studio that really integrated music (particularly loud, fun, fast workout music) into the flows. CorePower does this in their C2 and Sculpt classes and I LOVE them. Fun and challenging, and a fabulous workout, but accessible to beginners. I learn something every time I come to class and always look forward to the next one. The first week is free, so try out all the types! I really love the studio. It's huge inside the actual studio you practice in. There's large windows that keep things lovely and bright. The locker rooms are large, there's tons of lockers for storage, showers, plenty of space to shower and change after you get sweaty and gross. In the lobby there are lots of things you can waste your money on- cute clothes, water bottles, yoga mats, yoga towels, jewelry, and tons of other things- watch the sale bin! I love the yoga sculpt class- it's hard, you work up a good sweat. It was described as a roller coaster and it is. You get your heart rate up and down several times during practice. They offer different levels of classes, so you can find where you fit in. Parking can be limited out front but there is a garage very close by that you can park in for free. My only complaint is the the times of the classes. They do offer a 6 am class - which isn't really conducive to my work schedule, then the rest of the classes are between 9 and 4:30. Sometimes a 6 pm class will be available BUT it's always Core 2 which is much more advanced. I wish they would offer evening classes more often, or at least rotate the type they do offer. I wish my schedule was that of a unemployed person OR a college student, but I am not that lucky. They do offer a first week free, they have classes available on Class Pass, unlimited monthly draft memberships through the studio and also single classes. read more

They have 5 different class styles with numerous times through out the day. They have locker rooms for both men and women as well as two different studios. Lots of cute clothes too!
