Every single teacher and staff member is so welcoming and you can tell they truly love what they do. The studio itself is beautiful -- well-decorated and always clean. As someone who used to only do barre, BYE has expanded my horizons and made me love yoga just as much, and The Experience is truly the best workout! The new client special is worth it as you get two classes for the price of one and then they ran a deal in December where you could get a package of classes for a sweet deal. It's definitely worth it to pay attention as there are ways to make it affordable. They're also on ClassPass if you belong there. My only gripe is that the classes are really big. It's sometimes hard to find space, and it can be really overwhelming. Also, I'd love to see more classes that start at 7 or after 7. With the T being what it is, it's hard to get there earlier.

The classes and instructors were very skilled and friendly, however, failed to help out with modifications shown for members more frequently for others that may need it as the class sizes were large most of the time. At other barre classes there was a system in place using slap bracelets for members to place on their bar and allow instructors to come around as needed for guidance and support throughout the class. If you have any physical limitations or health concerns definitely speak with the staff first about how they can help prior to starting a class and ask specific questions about member pricing and who to reach for any cost errors or concerns.

This class was by far the best barre class I've ever taken! The instructor, Juliana, was so welcoming, motivating and knowledgeable on proper form and technique. The class was a perfect mix of barre work, mat work, and weighted exercises - the hour class flew by. I feel like this would be a perfect place for barre beginners since it's much less intimidating than the typical vibe at pure barre, but is also an incredible, advanced work out for people who have taken barre previously. The teachers give both verbal and physical adjustments throughout class that are customized to your workout. When they call my name with a correction, it's a good reminder that this is my workout and not to think about the rest of my day, work, shopping, etc. If you go a lot, the teachers learn how far you can push yourself and encourage you to go just a little further. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!
