Why do I have to deal with you) by the nastiest bitter old lady you have ever seen! The grounds are not kept well, I don't care if they just changed owners... it's not good. Trees are not maintained and hang low taking many spots out of contention for our modest 11'6" TT. My son went in to get quarters ($10) for the laundry and he came back asking me what he did wrong to have someone talk to him so rudely... I told him he did nothing wrong and explained how some people just are always angry and hateful. My daughter had a similar experience with my wife doing laundry a few days before. I went in to ask about a washer that had been on the first wash stage for over 1 hr and she proceeds to tell me that they get no money from them, they don't know anything about them and they somehow lose money on exchanging $10 bill for $10 in quarters. So clearly she doesn't know how money works... One of the old men that I had an interaction with, wasn't much different. Barking at me that I went down a "one-way" lane that Was Not Marked as a one-way. But he didn't care! Just like he doesn't care while cutting the grass, shooting more than 1 rock INTO THE SIDE OF OUR CAMPER!!! The bugs and flies are horrible even though we were nowhere near the garbage. Can't tell if it's Georgia in general or this site specifically. Site was covered in bottle caps and cigarette butts so they clearly don't care about anything after someone leaves. No QC or checks done for any site. The cable that is advertised on the highway sign is non existent. Shredded cable ends from years past are all you get. The sewer is basically just a whole in the ground. No threads to secure your hose, so every dump is a heinous smelly experience. Their WiFi is horrible, I only see 1 ubiquiti access point on a 4x4 post against the fence near site 44. There may be one somewhere in the office but I can't see it. Not enough density for a park this size... not even close! Whoever is doing their system (which they say is a "pro" clearly has no idea about the coverage requirements, signal degradation or pitfalls of an RV park. Majority of the pull-throughs are NOT long enough to stay connected with anything longer than a smaller class B/C. If you have a Class A, forget it. All in all it wasn't a good experience and we will never be back! RPI should remove this place from their system because it is so bad and the people are so rude. If I had paid ANY more money for this stay (outside of the Thousand Trails/RPI) I would be livid for having wasted my money! It's maybe worth $10 a night, MAX.

From the moment we met Denise and Jack, we knew this place was going to be our home while in Georgia. The property is amazing-from the large and clean sites to the pond filled with fish they have it all. It is on a forested property removed from the city so there is no loud noise or parties. I have seen lots of wildlife and the sunsets from our site are incredible. They offer daily and monthly rates and storage as well, all at incredibly cheap prices. There is a laundry room and two wonderful bathrooms with a full shower for guests. They spared no expense-every part of the park is hand crafted with unique art and personal touches so you feel at home.

Heart shaped tub in the very large bathroom. The bed was super comfy!! Now on with the bad... Starting with our wedding day lunch on 2/14/2013. We had a 1215 reservation for 8 following our very small private wedding. There were only 2 other guests in the restaurant at the time. We were seated in the closed in porch area where the heat was not on, and it was maybe 50 degrees outside. When my sister in law went to ask to have the heat turned on, we were informed that it wasn't working and were reseated inside. (Why didn't they just seat is inside in the first place? There was almost NO ONE else in the restaurant!) After 10 minutes our waitress finally came to take our dinner order, seemingly forgetting to take our drink order. After 30 minutes our 3 year old was starving so again, sister in law trying to make sure my day is perfect, went and asked that her food be sent out. It never came. Until the rest of the food was served. Every single dish except 2 was WRONG!! 4 of us ordered the flatiron, which the menu says is served with risotto and asparagus. They all came out with green beans and mashed potatoes. When we asked that it be fixed, the waitress acted offended when we wanted to keep our plates so we had SOMETHING to eat while we waited another 15 minutes! Not to mention, my steak was cold. Not warm. Icy cold! In an attempt to make up for what the chef apparently lacked, the waitress brought us a bottle of champagne on the house. And when I say bottle I mean unopened bottle and a tray of glasses. My sister on law had to open the bottle which exploded allllllll over her!!!!!! And the waitress says "don't worry about the floor.. I'll get that". Wow!!!!! The waitress should have poured the champagne herself!!! I will say that once the food finally arrived, it was absolutely delicious! The risotto was cooked perfectly. The salads here are to die for! Now, skip ahead 1 day. Husband and I return for our honeymoon get away. The room is lovely! The next morning we order breakfast and have it delivered to our room. It was very nice! The food was a 7 out of 10. Later that night we wanted some coffee but noticed the coffee pack for the coffee maker in the room had not been replaced so I called the front desk to see about getting some more. I called 5 times over a 35 minute period and got NO answer! So I called the restaurant and spoke to Nanette, who said she would let someone know. No one ever came..... So on our way out to dinner, I stopped by the reception office only to find it abandoned. I left a note on the desk. We returned from dinner to find coffee packs left on the dresser outside our door. Good enough right? Only, we had no filters!! We had to use a Kleenex!!! So, our last morning at 920 I call to order our breakfast, which is already paid for, only to be told that its too late!! There is a sign on the reception desk that clearly says "for room delivery order before 730 and after 900." This place has SOOOOO much potential! But they are definitely lacking in service.
